It's central, clean, the staff are friendly and the wifi is pretty solid. No fridge in the room and no safe either... so that'll be no frills, then, but it's not expensive by local standards. The downside - the red light district starts just down the road, which is pretty seedy, especially late into the evening.

Nothing fancy but placed in a great location because it's few minutes walk from the Central Station (from where you can reach the airport in 20 minutes) and sited in the central area of Copenhagen. The price is alright considering how pricey Copenhagen is.

Recently stayed at this hotel. Firstly they lost our reservation and we were put in separate rooms (not what you want when you haven't seen your family in months and this trip was a get together) the lady at the desk was rude and made us feel like it was our fault. Neither of the rooms had a working tv,...

Location is perfect for those who transfers from/to airport on train. Rooms are cosy, clean, not noisy, breakfast is rich and moderate variety. A lot of small shops around, most visited sites easy to reach

We arrived at Kastrup AirPort, went by train to The sentral station. From the station we could have had a short walk(4minutes if we had known of the short way to the hotel) instead it took 15 min. The hotel had a welcoming reseption area and serviceminded employees, but small lifts and really dirty carpet in the hallway to the...

The positives: comfortable bed. 2 mins to the central station. Competent staff. Fresh breakfast. Even better if: less street noise, thicker light blocking curtains, more modern decor (paint marks on the hallway carpets suggest work is in hand), bookings for double beds were honoured. For budget hotel standards, this was reasonable.

This hotel was in a good location, close to Central station and Tivoloi Gardens. The rooms were good for the price we paid, clean and comfortable. It was obvious there had been renovations happening on our floor ( paint on the hall carpets, which I assume will be replaced) but it didn't worry us. Would stay here again.

Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
