The location is perfect between Nyhavn restaurants and Amalieborg. It is close to everything, the metro from airport is easy to reach, quality restaurants are near and still its peaceful. Service is excellent! Breakfast left nothing more to wish for. I 'll be back!

We had great service, for every issue, especially gracious manager dealing with a billing problem. They also stored our luggage for 2 days while we travelled outside Copenhagen. Breakfast was really nice, fresh squeezed orange machine an added bonus. Our rooms small but just fine for us. Elevators were more than adequate, they had a couple and I don't know...

Excellent location in the heart of Copenhagen, walking distance from Nyhaven and close to the Queen's palace. Nice ambience, a warm, sunlit courtyard and a terrace lounge where you can relax over beer and snacks are the highlights. I was promised a room with a view but it turned out, view of the courtyard and not the street! The room...

Stayed here with my wife at New Year's holidays. The hotel's location is perfect, near a metro stop that goes straight to the airport and is also in the middle of the city so everything is in walking distance. Had a good room on the 3th floor overlooking the Sankt AnnAe Plads, Swedish Embassy, which was excellent. Copenhagen is an expensive...

Pros: Hotel is in an excellent location. Breakfast was very good and coffee and juice were always available. The public areas were very tastefully done. There is a hotel rooftop deck which is a nice place to have some wine and pizza. Cons: There is construction going on across the street and it is very noisy at times. We went...

Excellent location just a short walk from Nyhavn and also quite close to Ströget. You can tell that it´s an old hotel but it´s very charming. Nice breakfast and very nice staff, the beds were very comfortable! The only bad thing is that they forgot to clean one of our two bedrooms.

We stayed here for two nights after a business trip to another part of Denmark. It was a decent deal as most hotels in the area were well over $200 a night and this was in the $160 territory. Considering it's only a block or so away from Nyhavn and a few blocks away from Stroget I thought it was...

The hotel has greatly improved with new interior design and furniture in the communal areas, together with an enlarged breakfast room. The former included 'light supper' has gone (this was a reason why people liked to stay here!) and the breakfast now requires check-in with room number. The standard rooms are quite adequate, although not really 4 star. There was...

stayed for business, got almost everything i need. Almost, because i have chosen this hotel over another only because they have gym. And when i booked nowhere was said that the gym in under construction. Made me very annoyed, cause Neptun was more expensive than the other option. I stayed in single room, which was on the top floor with...

Okay, I got very good price for my trip. Lower than normal. But I like the room (superior). Location near Nyhavn is great. There is something personal in this hotel. I like very much about the breakfast, wifi is not free, but it was not expensive.
