Good location. Relative small rooms but nice views and beautiful bright interior design. One would with they had the beautiful terrace in front of the hotel somewhere on its roof. We will sure come back. WiFi was excellent, there are not many hotels providing its...More
Beautiful hotel in the center of everything. The premium room we stayed in for over
$600 per night however was just ok. There is a tub/shower combo in the bathroom.

The hotel is an excellent venue for conferences and a stunning place to stay. The staff were very professional and friendly and their spoken English put some of the native English speakers in our group to shame! My little room on the 2nd floor was...More
I stayed here for the first time and despite it being a very acclaimed hotel, Stockholm offers many sexy, younger and very appealing alternatives that at first made me think if everyone's comments were up to date or if they were all old legends..
Nice hotel and great Location nearby all necessary Points of interests in Stockholm. We loved sitting the terrace in the evening with the nice Harbor and City view. Over all a good place to stay in Stockholm

Norrmalm is Stockholm’s most central and busiest neighborhood. It’s home to the main shopping street, Drottninggatan, and to Stockholm icons like the Sergels Torg glass obelisk, the famous Hay Market with its Carl Milles sculptures, and the Hötorget Skyscrapers, a sight on every other Stockholm postcard. Norrmalm is also home to Sweden’s most traditional department stores Nordiska Kompaniet and
Åhléns City juxtaposed with Stockholm’s most modern shopping mall, Mood Stockholm. Visitors to this area get to experience the unique Swedish philosophy of protecting cultural heritage while also staying on top of fashion innovation and modern architecture.

The property does allow non-hotel guests to purchase access to the gym/pool/spa area. Cost changes with membership type and length. It was not inexpensive, but the facilities are wonderful - no pain, no gain!

Yes, you can. I did a month ago! If you have already left, I hope they can help you anyway if you call or write to them. The pillow I bought came flat, so they take out what extra air they can. I love this pillow, never har better. Expensive, though, but worth it. The bedlinen is also expensive, but a great comfort :). Enjoy!
