We spent one night here at one of rooftop tiny room with bathroom. The room has good view of on part of Stockholm City. The guestroom next door connected to the kitchen is large and cozy that makes you feel comfortable during staying here. The host was very supportive, kind and friendly. He helped to call taxi to check the...

Stayed here with my sister in May (for a mini-break which also encompassed Eurovision!) and this lovely hotel gave us everything we could have needed. Plentiful tourist info, clean en-suite room with great facilities, and a lovely dining room and breakfast. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We benefited from beautiful weather and the room we stayed in had a...

Don't let the photos fool you.. a double room in England is not a double room at this place! It's a room with a bunk bed in, called it a twin if you like! So hot and stuffy! Shower floods the bathroom, older man is a right grump, I didn't have the breakfast but the rest of the family did...

Noisy, very hot room, bad smell from the bathroom. 1 star go 1 for fridge in the room & deposit box. Staff make me book a room even though I already have one book but said is over booked, he finally finds it in time so I will not book a double price room in other website.

The place where makes sense to stay. Reasonable price, good location and nice and clean room. A great park with awesome city view in close vicinity. As well as available number of restaurants close by.

For our three nights in the Swedish capital, we based ourselves at Lunda Hotel and Pensionat in the residential area of Södermalm. We opted for the inexpensive (at least for Swedish standards) hostel room that was suffocatingly small for two persons. I'm not sure if it was coincidence that the hostel floor was decorated like a ship cabin but the...

We took this pension because it was a crowded weekend in Stockholm and many hotels were sold out or very expensive, so the prices of this place were also very expensive accordingly, which gave the relationship quality-price not in a good position, specially because they don't make up the room or clean the bathroom. The area however was quiet and...

We stayed here as group of 7 from 9th May for 6 nights. It was the perfect location close to Tunnelbana and with some good places to eat locally. The hotel has two parts: a hotel and hostel. We stayed in the hotel. We chose small rooms. Which really are very small so it is worthwhile choosing the bigger room....

This place is terrible - in particular one bedroom cabins are the worse I've ever been to. I have in past stayed in Cabins and enjoyed those experiences - call them adventurous, fun and different per say. But this place is using the "cabin" brand to give you a poor room: - The floor was stinky and nasty - The...

Staying in Hornstull & Langholmen

Neighbourhood Profile
Hornstull & Langholmen
If you love having a drink by the sea right on the beach (and who doesn’t?) Hornstull & Långholmen should be on top of your list. The area was recently redeveloped and now not only offers artsy bars and edgy restaurants but also a post-modern shopping mall complex for urban retail therapy. Hornstull belongs to the more established and sophisticated neighborhoods in Stockholm and is the typical place where you’ll find Swedish dads meeting for a latte during their paternal leave, or where local office workers meet up at the art cinema for a drink or a movie after work. The beaches in Hornstull and Långholmen are popular destinations for barbeques and sunbathing during the summer. Bring sunscreen.
