Good breakfast, good room (bathroom could do some some little updates but was ok). Breakfast buffet is in a crowded space and hard to fill up by staff but otherwise many tables for customers. Bar staff could be just a little more attentive. Wifi works well.

I attended a conference here in November. When I arrived I had a very small room (which was fine) but a very loud fan buzzing in the bathroom. I phoned to reception and they changed (and upgraded my room) which was good. I didn't sample the breakfast but the conference food was nice enough, not amazing but ok. It was... More

This hotel has a great location, but sadly my experience was tarnished by a room that was very worn and had an odour about it. Tiny shower. The hotel also lists minibar as an amenity, please stock it with more than two bottles of mineral water if you wish to do so. Helpful staff, ok food.

I stayed here with a friend for a weekend trip. The location of the hotel is great. It's situates between the old city centre and the business area. The rooms are good, the staff is friendly and there is free wifi. The only downside is that the breakfast is very busy. I can recommend this hotel to anyone who visits... More

Nice hotel, the only downside was that my room was close to the elevator - so as soon as people started heading to breakfast the "ding-dong" of the elevators woke me up. It was easy and close to get around...only about 10 min walk to drottningsgata, one of the main shopping street.

Let's start to say that everything was clean and fine at this modern hotel in a quiet street of Stockholm. you have both tube and bus very close and you can be sure you will have a quiet sleep because the road is very very quiet especially at weekend. the breakfast was good but really overcrowded at 9 in the... I stayed here for two nights on a business trip to Stockholm. The junior suite was nicely decorated and the sparkling wine and chocolate were a nice touch. The bedroom and "living room" were separated so the room didn't feel quite as big as it actually was. Breakfast was very tasty and I could quickly get something to eat even... More

A nice, clean room, a functional bathroom (a tiny bit small though), great and yummy breakfast, a truly nice staff always available and more than happy to answer all questions and give all indications needed. The beds are a bit small and the mattresses way too thin but other than that the rooms are okay and quiet. The true advantage... More

Have been here several times. This time the stay was disappointing. Breakfast has changed to worse - wifi did not work properly, and the room is due for refurbishment. The rates are overpriced. Will look for alternatives next time. Sorry.

This hotel is more or less in the center of Stockholm. 5 minutes walk from the subway to all parts of the centre two stops from Gamla Stan, in the center. The hotell was nice, clean and silent. Good and pretty big, 20m2, if you choose Superior. Then its complementery soda and mineral water that they refill every day. The... More

Staying in Vasastan

Neighbourhood Profile
Vasastan
Vasastan is one of those neighborhoods that almost looks too good to be true. It has the winning combination of a central location, tranquility, and beautiful buildings – housing sophisticated bars and eateries – that makes this neighborhood Stockholm’s most sought-after place to live. If walking through this area makes you feel like walking through a fairy tale or picture book it’s no surprise, as it’s actually the film set of the famous Swedish children story Karlsson-on-the-Roof. No matter what season, Vasastan manages to impress in the sunshine, covered in snow and won’t even lose its charm when soaked in rain.
