Certificate of Excellence
What is Certificate of Excellence?
TripAdvisor gives a Certificate of Excellence to accommodations, attractions and restaurants that consistently earn great reviews from travellers.
I moved here from another hotel for one night and it certainly provides all you expect from an business hotel, however somewhat without much character. The room was super spacious but it was not well lit and later at night also cold and there was...More
There are enough reviews that describe this hotel from a travellers perspective, but as an avid Elite hotel guest, I'd like to mention that this is not the crown jewel in the Elite family of hotels.

The Elite Palace turned out to be a perfect choice for our trip to Stockholm in February and we will definitely stay there for future trips. Location is perfect because it`s on the flybussana route from Arlanda Airport (30 mins) and also just a few...More
We have just returned from a 4 night stay at the Elite Palace Hotel in Stockholm. This hotel is a good 20-30 minute walk from the centre but this adds to the quiet location out of the city busy-ness. Our room was fantastic, newly refurbished,...More
This was a really nice hotel, spacious and clean rooms and a really nice breakfast buffet. The location is good, very near Karolinska institutet and a nice 30 min walk to the city centre. Lots of restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby.

Thank you so much for your lovely comments and your review from your stay with us. We wish you a warm welcome back to us in future.
Best wishes
Vasastan is one of those neighborhoods that almost looks too good to be true. It has the winning combination of a central location, tranquility, and beautiful buildings – housing sophisticated bars and eateries – that makes this neighborhood Stockholm’s most sought-after place to live. If walking through this area makes you feel like walking through a fairy tale or picture book it’s no surprise, as it’s

Hi Rita,

You will take the bus that goes to Stockholm City Centre, however if you staying at Elite Palace Hotel you need to jump off at "Na Stationsgatan". As Crofterland mentioned, you can easily ask the bus driver.
We would advise using the Metro when travelling around Stockholm. The metro is simple and efficient.
I guesse you have to ask the hotel abut their new year opening hours etc.
its a great location and great hotel in the center of Stockholm
I know that you can find a lot to do in Stockholm for new year
