I spent 10 nights here and had a truly unique experience. The setting and gardens are tranquil and lend themselves to an inner understating along with the mentoring program It is however focused on the 'spiritual' and as an atheists I have had concerns about this concept. I am a Gay Man and have had numerous 'spiritualist' in my life... More

everything is so well thought out, the attention to detail is exceptional. Amazing treatments, a huge choice of healthy food and lovely accomodation. not best for losing weight, if that's your objective the Farm would be better, but perfect for pampering. yoga classes could be more frequent, once a day not enough, with more choice of levels, also note that... This was my second visit to Kamalaya, my first visit was amazing and life changing. While the second visit was rejuvenating and restful the recent expansions have created, at times, an atmosphere of business that was not apparent last year. The yoga and stretching classes were at times full to the point where even the teacher agreed they would have... More

There should be a moratorium on reviewing Kamalaya until way after the fact, because its benefits aren't always felt immediately. I was sceptical about the idea of a detox, having harboured some very conventional ideas of the functions of our internal organs in regulating and flushing out 'toxins,' (wherever and whatever they may be) but for the cynical amongst us... I just returned last night from my fourth trip to Kamalaya and I would like to thank the owners and staff for a totally rejuvenating experience. I don't mean botox and liposuction rejuvenation but renewal achieved by participating in a supportive holistic environment. The daily schedule for offered activities is varied, the spa treatment professional and the food is deliciously... More

We stayed 9 days at kamalaya and booked a hillside room. When the door to our room was opened you first smell mold and awful dirty-toilet-smell. We tried to stay the night but as it didn't get better we asked for a room change the second day. They said in 2 days another hillside room would be available so we... More

Kamalaya. I rarely leave somewhere itching to come back. As soon as I got home I booked my return holiday for this year. My first true relaxation / spa / healthy eating / no alcohol holiday and I am converted. I left Kamalaya following a 4 night stay feeling relaxed, refreshed, healthy. happy, grounded, fit and at peace with myself... More
