Great hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful interior. Breakfast with a lot of choice. Free coffee, tea and cake in the afternoon (14.00-22.00h). We had a room with a recent renovated bathroom. Everything was perfect, we approve this hotel!! It lets me think at the movie 'The Grand Budapest Hotel'. It is completely different, bit so beautiful inside.

This is a small jam in the center of Trollhättan. Friendly and home warming hotel with great staff. I am still dreaming of the homemade cake. There is a coffee/tea served at the lobby with homemade cakes/cookies. The rooms are nice and clean, parking is available and once again the staff is just great!

If you get a room facing the street, be aware that the nearest neighbor is the most attractive outdoor party place in the street, closing 2pm but the party goes on further until street cleaning starts. I went to the reception 11:30pm, closed, called the announced number to the supervisor 4 times, left a message "room no 26 is not... More

I've stayed here after I picked up my Saab 900 classic from Sweden to bring back to Holland with my best friend. The hotel staff/owner are great. The desk closes at 22:00 (you can get in with your key), but we arrived at 23:20 because of some issues. Ulrika waited for us all this time, and was still very friendly... More

The place is run by people who love what they are doing. The rooms might need an update, but it is still a good place for a night or two. Good breakfast. Central location in the absolute middle of Trollhättan.

We had been around in Sweden for a week, living in hotels in all price ranges. This hotel was the cheapest one for about 100€ a night. The room was really nice, refurbished and up to date. Suuuper clean and perfect for us as a couple. The tiny room is really tiny so we payed 6€ more to get one... More

We stayed in this hotel just for one night and booked the cheapest room. It was very tiny, but had it all, and if you were really longing for an iron or tea kettle, the super friendly staff would organize it. The room was going to the back yard, no fancy view, but so quiet! And it had a little... More

Nice little hotel with small rooms but it is in need of some renovation of the bathrooms. The last one must have been in the 70s. The location is central and they have free parking in the backyard, which by the way can be pretty hard to find as you have to drive on a pedestrian street. The breakfast is... More

Centrally located hotel within walking distance from the train station. The accommodation is basic so don't expect any luxury but the beds are comfortable and the wifi is free. Unfortunately the rooms are not very soundproof so the noise level can be disturbing, especially if you are staying during a weekend, the next door establishment is a restaurant/nightclub. The breakfast... More

“Our room with balcony overlooked the shopping promenade, but as mentioned above we did not have a problem with noise at all. There was activity in the morning as trucks delivered to shops, but we were up at 7 and it didn't bother us at all. The upper floor is easy to access due to the elevator.”
