While the breakfast, beds, and concierge were excellent, we found that there were several issues with our bathroom. First the sink was tiny and drained EXTREMELY slowly. Also, the shower head was incredibly difficult to position and as a result, showering wasn't easy. If you are staying for a short while, not traveling with a family(we found it a bit...

I liked that the hotel was a little way from the centre so the surrounding streets were quite quiet but it was still close enough to walk easily to the main sites. The reception staff were OK, not particularly friendly and welcoming but not rude either. However, at breakfast when I asked about the ingredients in the cereal, a very...

Nice place in the middle of the city. Good service and great that parking lot could be arranged by the hotel. The place is quite small, corridors narrow and our room was tiny, but sufficient. Same goes for the breakfast, everything you need but nothing extra fancy. In other cities you would expect more for the same money, not sure...

Nice comfortable mid-range hotel near lots of tourist sites in the Design District and central Helsinki. We were in two bedroom #701. Given the price-point, it was a good size. Our co-travelers who had one bedrooms, however, mentioned several times that their rooms were small. The staff were very nice and helpful. Free wi-fi and the free breakfast were a...

I recently spent a weekend in Helsinki and chose Anna Hotel. It has quite a good location, about 15 mins walking from the station and near enough to the main shopping area as well as a 15 mins walk to the harbour area. The staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. One lady receptionist was particularly helpful, lending me...

The staff members at the hotel and at the restaurant were very nice and always smiling. The rooms are clean and taken care of. The blinds are OK but could have been thicker for someone who is not used that it is bright at night, I had a hard time getting to sleep. The hotel is near lots of restaurants...

Nice young man in the reception was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and nice and the beds quite confortable. The hotel was well situated. A 10 minute walk to to the centre of the town. The breakfast was quite basic but ok.

I stayed in this hotel during a business trip with a group of my colleagues. The reception area is quite small, so if more people arrive at the same time, they kind of stepping on each others heads :-) My single room was quite small but for what I needed (bed and hot shower) it was enough. I think its...

Dear Sir, Thank you for your review and it is nice to hear that you were well taken care of in reception. We have also some larger rooms, superior twin rooms are corner rooms with about 25 sqm, and there are also family rooms for 4 persons in the top floor with two separate bedrooms. Maybe you could try one...
