This simply is a great hotel situated in the central Husavik area. The rooms are fantastic, the bistro is in a league of its own and the best of all the service is as good as it gets, highly, highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disapointed!!!!

This hotel is ok for one night. The part which me and my wife spent our one night is brand new and fashionable but the room was very small and the bathroom so small we could barely turn around there and we are definitely not the most oversized people. Beneath the mirror there was the tiniest shelf I have seen...

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights during our honeymoon in early November. We had been staying mostly in guesthouses and older hotels so it was nice to mix it up with this very modern hotel. The bathroom was gorgeous and I loved getting to take a bath in its tub, which was the first one we had...

The hotel is new and clean, with beautiful and modern looking lobby and nice, clean guestroom. We stayed on one weekend, the lobby was busy with locals having gatherings and drinks at the bar. Check-in was easy, although the front desk staff was not friendly, few words and no smile but he wasn't rude either. He did helped to ask...

There is some construction as they are expanding, but it was not noticeable. There is a bar but no restaurant. Breakfast is functional and meant for large groups. The fosshotel chain goes for...

Luxury and excess are not goals Icelanders pursue, which is refreshing. But why does every hotel have cheap laminate flooring? This hotel, slightly above town, strives for absolute modernity and has pleasant enough rooms. But ultimately it's forgettable, like so many others. Come here to sleep peacefully, not to be wowed.

Stayed at the Foss Hotel Husavik as day 7 of my Tour to the Wilderness. This hotel had only been open June 2016 so is relatively new. It is located easy walking distance to main town centre and harbour. Tea making facilities, free wifi ,toiletries but no tissues but plenty of hot water. The room spacious and clean.I found the...
