Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Natura. The location is fine despite some other comments, it was no more than a 20 minute walk into the city centre and so we didn't end up using the free bus pass as the walk was fine. As others have said, the communal areas like the bar/restaurant are more upmarket than the...

It was strange to be dropped off at Hotel Natura abutting an airport. I requested a room facing away from the airport and I didn't hear any aircraft noise at all. Iceland is expensive but with an excellent breakfast included in the tariff, happy hour prices for two or three hours, free bus passes, excellent free wifi and varied places...

Stayed here 11 years ago and all changed on the inside, same from the outside. First impressions are strange coloured exterior, more factory based than modern hotel. Hotel has four floors, fine wide corridors and comfortable rooms. The buffet breakfast is hard to beat, especially when stocking up for the day, as Iceland tends to be very expensive. Don,t go...

Modern Scandinavian style interior. Comfortable rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. All day tours picked up directly from hotel. Would have been better to be closer to Down town because it was snowing a lot. There is a free shuttle but we didn't realise this at the time. Short pleasant walk to the Perlan with beautiful views.

Modern Scandinavian style with wood flooring and nice huge photos on the walls. The rooms have a refrigerator and a safe. The staff is very helpful to their clients. Great buffet breakfast. Free bus pass for the duration of your stay. An easy walk to the Perlan, on a wooded hill across the street. It is a futuristic glass dome...

Very clean and nice hotel. The rooms are clean but slightly out dated. Hotel offers breakfast included along with free WiFi. Also they offer free card to ride bus. Hotel is very close to bus stop and about 7-10min bus ride to the center of town. Spent day in the spa. Great massage. Would definately stay there again

Arriving at midnight after a 48 hr flight, anything looks good. Seriously, this was a clean and very pleasant hotel, however it's too far out of the city. The room was wonderful, yet hot and no instructions on how to adjust. Even with a free bus pass to use I was surprised at how far and on one occasion I...

This is a bright, modern hotel that I can thoroughly recommend. - friendly staff - clean, spacious rooms - comfortable beds and pillows - l'occitane shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided (large bottles, not complimentary sizes) - all tours collected from and dropped off at hotel - free bus pass into Downtown Reykjavik (every 15 minutes from just across the...

Everything was great. The staff helped out very quick when we had a problem with our room, they moved us to a bigger one and added and extra bed. The food was excellent and you had the use of free bus passes for the entire stay.

Walking into the lobby we were pleasantly surprised by the modern and welcoming decor. However, we were a little disappointed with our rooms. We were aware that not all rooms were newly renovated, but did not expect our basic rooms to look so run down. There were several suspect stains on the carpet in one of the rooms and no...
