This is a very comfortable, warm hotel with friendly, helpful staff who all speak perfect English. The rooms are very clean, as are the modern en suites. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding clean and warm. However, the rooms are very small with little space around the beds, which are two single beds pushed together, and there is...

We booked three nights at this 'budget' hotel. Excellent value. Spotlessly clean. Very helpful staff, particularly reception. Continental breakfast is ok. We had a room at the back of the back on the sixth floor. Pretty good view of the mountains, if you leant to the right and looked to the left. All in all a good hotel. If we...

A decent basic hotel with all the basic things needed, yes small rooms but in reality why anyone would do more than sleep and shower there when Iceland has so much to offer is beyond me. I'm a larger person but single bed was not a prob nor was the shower. Warm and comfy, clean towels everyday and nice clean sheets....

If you have booked this hotel, you should know what to expect. It was like a slightly higher quality hostel and very basic. The rooms are very small and the beds very narrow, and you will struggle to shower if you are larger than "average" size as the cubicle is very small. I struggled to use the sink due to...

do not go for a standard room if you have issues of being in enclosed spaces, we had to upgrade to a deluxe which was equvialent to a premier inn standard room. The hotel was clean and in a good location and the food was also nice and a very reasonable price. The staff were also very helpful.

Great hotel, some of the comments on here do it a disservice. The staff are helpful, friendly and polite. Our standard twin rooms at the back on floor 2 were both small but perfectly formed!
