This hotel was nice, comfortable, large room size (junior suite) & central. We could literally walk everywhere in the city from here. The furthest we went was to the Perlan (great views of the city and beyond) and that was about a 20-25min walk. Beds, pillows and the lounge were great. Definitely worth staying & value for money!

The Hotel is well located and the staff super helpful and courteous . the room was clean and comfortable , no complaints at all . The attached "Snaps" restaurant had good food and very friendly wait staff. Will likely never return to this very Expensive Island of Iceland but would stay here again if I ever did !

The hotel is conveniently located just one street away from the shopping street and about 5min away from Hallgrimskirkja. Rooms are nice and clean. The staff was very helpful, keeping us updated on the weather and the status of our tours. And there's a very nice restaurant called Snaps in the hotel. You should try the restaurant even if you...

This was my friend and my first hotel when we arrived in town. The hotel beds were very comfortable, however, I have never been to a hotel where we had to wait till 4 for our room to be ready, especially after dropping our bags off at 9 AM. Also, breakfast was not included in our reservation (though it is...

I had the most gorgeous fish there, so fresh and a friend of mine had smorgasbord sandwich. Both were quite reasonable priced which is rather unusual for a restaurant in this category in Iceland. It is cheaper than a regular burger places. I highly recommend it.

Hotel Odensve is a nice property in a perfect location. You are a short walk from free parking if you choose to rent a car and about a 10-15 minute walk to Old Harbour where the northern lights and other cruises are. The room my son and I stayed in was small without much furniture. There were two single beds...

My room was clean and cozy, but had all the comforts I needed. Only stayed one night on a layover, but it was in a great location to explore a bit of the town on foot the next morning. I was really sick with a head cold when I arrived and the front desk was friendly and sympathetic, and made...

The room was quite small, but that is standard for Europe, so I didn't mind. The bathroom is tiny, but the shower pressure was nice. It had been some time since I had been to Iceland, so that first shower was something of a nostalgic shock! (The sulphur smell). The beds were super comfortable - the duvets in Iceland are...

Stayed in a junior suite with balcony and views. This was exactly what we expected it to be. Accomodation was warm and comfortable with constantly changing views, depending on the weather. We could see the sea and the church from our room. Staff were friendly and helpful, with good knowledge of the attractions and tours. Restaurant was excellent as was...

Hotel Odinsve is in a fantastic location for exploring Reykjavik, but on a side road quiet enough to not hear too much at night. The rooms were a good size and very clean with comfortable bed and good facilities. The breakfasts were plentiful and good quality. Sadly, the restaurant was closed during most of our stay as we were there...
