This is a quirky and friendly hotel, which is located in the heart Reykjavik. The reception area and lobby are cosy and well furnished (with firepit) The bar is located to the left of the main entrance and offers customers a warm, vibrant atmosphere to enjoy a large international selection of drinks, but gets extremely busy during happy hour (as...

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the cafe each morning for breakfast and the cocktail bar in the evenings. I liked my room - spacious, clean, and modern. I had a room on the second floor facing the street, so there was some traffic noise. It didn't bother me at...

I stayed at the Icelandair Hotel Reykjavik Marina from March 20, 2017 through March 23, 2017 in rooms 236 and 237 along with my wife and two young daughters. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. I cannot say how much we paid per night because we bought an Icelandair package where airfare from Orlando, hotel, two free tours, free...

This hotel on the harbor is a few blocks from the city's main shopping streets and the Harpa concert hall and very convenient to restaurants. But even more important, it is simply FUN! Even from reception things are done to appeal to a Millennial crowd. Instead of a long counter, there are two round pedestal tables and the reception staff...

My husband and I stayed here as part of an Icelandair holiday package, having picked this hotel due in part to it's location next to the Marina we weren't disappointed on arrival as you literally walk out of the front door and you are at the waters edge. The hotel is just a couple of minutes away from the whale...

Quirky hotel with a great coffee shop attached. Good cakes and coffees etc. warm fire in the room and loads of comfortable chairs. It was a member of the family's birthday and they found a candle to put in his slice of cake. Chocolate and carrot cake great. Thanks for the cake and the attention ladies, great laugh.

Nice rooms but the best part was a large area on the 1st floor with lots and lots of seating areas, small rooms and restaurants and bars. With Iceland's expensive food and drink, we stopped at duty free at the airport and we all (4 couples) could get a bucket of ice and glasses and entertain ourselves without buying $20...

My husband & I booked the Reykjavik Marina Hotel as part of an Icelandair flight & hotel package. The hotel was very modern & quirky. The public areas were vast; cinema, gym, lounges, bars, snugs, large reception area - just as well because the bedrooms are small (but well designed to maximise space). We stayed in room 422, an attic...

We stayed at the Icelandair Marina Hotel for four nights. The hotel is very modern and a little bit 'quirky' but very comfortable with lots lounge space. There were lots of 'quirky' works of art and sculptures in the lounge areas, which were really fun and interesting. We had a superior double room overlooking the harbour, the room being very...
