This hotel was exactly what I wanted. It felt like a home. It was uniquely designed. The kitchenette had everything I needed. the only thing I needed was a converter plug. It was well lit, super spacious. It really can sleep 4 people with extra room. The heat was awesome. The attendants were nice. The check in process was non-traditional...

Stayed in room #8. the beds were comfy and pretty big studio. the windows are big and make you feel like you're in soho. My only "complaints" were that you can hear the sounds of anything going on outside - which if you're trying to sleep it could get really loud and annoying. Lastly, the drainage of our shower wasn't...

OK Hotel is very conveniently located, clean, and comfortable. There is a restaurant downstairs, but it was undergoing renovations(?) when we were there. Bag storage is available, but probably unlikely you'll be able to check in early. Staff is very accommodating. When we arrived, the room was steamy (windows steamed), but it didn't appear that the heat was actually on...

We visited in January 2017 the location was amazing it's basically bang on the middle of the strip! And it's easy to get every where from there. The only downside was there was no front desk and it was a bit confusing to get into the apartment when we first got there because you dint have the key yet. The...

The room was as described. The hotel was easy to find (but don't look for a sign) and central to the shopping district. We were picked up out front by two of the tour bus companies without issue. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchenette is complete and ready to take the burden off your...

This hotel is located right in the middle of the main shopping street, near all the bars and restaurants, with a 'Bonus' supermarket just a minute away - great location! We had read that the check in process was confusing, this is definitely not true. We didn't get to the hotel until late, however had no issues checking in at...

I have read about a confusing check-in process. This was not the case for us; clear instructions on how to contact the staff are on the front door. One simple phone call and the guests are in. The staff are wonderful, very friendly but then the same can be said about all of Iceland. Our room was clean, warm and...

Our first visit to Iceland, and this quaint little spot is just one of many reasons we will return! After trying and failing for several weeks (from the states) to ensure an early check-in, we were unsure of what awaited us at 6 am. There is no front desk, but an awkward entrance to a restaurant and a telephone, which...

We had 3 rooms booked and all were individually decorated and quirky! Perfectly placed to walk to all the attractions, pubs and restaurants. Sad the restaurant downstairs was closed for renovation even though it looked ready to open. Only a few minor faults of some lights in the rooms not working and no lights on the stairway between the 2nd...
