The service, location, room, price and breakfast were all spot on. Highly recommend. As further validation right after my daughter and I checked in, a busload of (older) Japanese tourist arrived (they know their stuff).

Iceland is really expensive for eating out and pretty much everything else too! We were too busy exploring to sit in restaurants for a meal. The Blue Lagoon Premium ticket cost us £86 each but it was worth every penny! This included a drink (soft/alcoholic) robe and slippers and two face masks during the visit. There is a slightly cheaper package but remember, this is one of the most famous places in Iceland and this comes at a cost. I would highly recommend it though, for us it was truly spectacular and an experience we’ll never forget!

Can they provide private car with driver?
I don't think so because prior to our arrival in Reykjavik in mid October,2018, we asked the hotel to arrange for a private return airport transfer but they replied in the negative and asked us to contact one of the tours operators that operates airport transfers.
