All around good place to stay. For Reykjavik, this place is a good value for the money. It is very clean, host is helpful and informative, location is excellent, and the breakfast is tasty. Easy to walk to downtown but also easy for parking/driving. Great stay.

Excellent host, very nice and helpful! Wonderful breakfast with fresh homemade bread, diversity. The fact we could use the kitchen all day after the breakfast time was also a good thing. Very clean. Close to the city centre and main attractions. Good WiFi. Totally recommend it.

Great stay at Snorri's! Rooms were well equipped, quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nicely done every morning. Owner was very helpful with everything. Location was excellent and easy to get to. Snorri's was described as budget accommodation but did not feel like it!

Couldn't agree more with the positive reviews. I stayed at Snorri's guesthouse for business and some sightseeing and wasn't disappointed in either account. The owner, Magnus, helped me arrange my Northern Lights and Golden Circle tours and called one of the tours when it was running late. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. They offered a number of breakfast...

I spent a week in Iceland traveling around the southern half of the island, and this was by far my favorite place to stay. The host was very friendly, and gave us tips about the island and our stay there. The rooms were nice and bright and the beds were very comfortable. There is free WiFi to use during your...

We stayed for three nights based on the wonderful reviews here on Trip Advisor, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, breakfast was fantastic, and Magnus was incredibly helpful with everything. The guesthouse is a short walk to the main street with shops and restaurants, and Grayline picked us up right out front...

We chose Snorri's Guesthouse due to it's location round the corner from a friend's house, but it turned out to be well located for everything we did in Reykjavik! It is just 5 minutes walk from the cathedral and another ten minutes to the center of town and harbor district. Booking was easy, done direct with the owner via email...

It's "just" a guest house but has amazing breakfast with local baked warm bread. Amazing bread, yummy... It was always a lovely start of each day. Rooms are clean, good wi-fi opportunity and helpful staff. 5 mins walk from the cathedral and main streets. 10 mins walk from the harbour.

Stayed here for two night in September 2015. We were not able to do early checkin, granted it was about 7am when I arrived, so its understandable. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and workers are very friendly and willing have conversations. However I did notice a fishy odor to the tap/shower water that did deter me a little bit,...

I was disappointed when Snorri's was fully booked when I was planning a return trip to Iceland. Lucky me, a room opened up at the end of my trip. Snorri's puts to shame another establishment I stayed at for more than twice the price. It's only a couple of blocks from the main church, Hallgrimskirkja, as well as one of...
