We enjoyed our stay in this B&B. The hostess, Diana, was very helpful in telling us what was available to see and do in the area. There is a separate refrigerator available for guests, and good quality coffee and tea day and night. There is a nice breakfast room with a beautiful table, and Diana fixed a great breakfast. Some...

This place was truly a local experience. Diana took great care of us and it felt like we were guests in her home. The room we stayed in (we had the en suite) was cozy, as were the rest of the common areas. Planned on using the hot pot but there was northern lights activity so we saw that instead!...

Hofdagata is a lovely B&B - like staying in someone's home right in town and walking distance to a lot of good restaurants (which is good after driving around all day!) The rooms are quite small and there are someone a lot of them (so breakfast is in waves, but its a good breakfast), but really well-kept and the living...

It feels like you are staying in someone's home, which in a way you are. There is good quality tea and coffee available during your stay. The lounge is beautiful, it's a lovely room in which to sit and relax. The bedrooms are a bit small but how much time do you want to spend in them when you have...

We stayed in the 1 bdrm apt at the B+B with my family of 4 ( 14yo and 12yo). It was adorable, every square inch was well utilized. There was something so cheerful and bright about the room. My kids slept great on the pull out, the kitchenette was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, the linens were great, despite...

My daughter and I stayed 2 nights at the Hofdagata Bed & Breakfast in June. Our twin bed room was small but decorated nicely and clean. It was adequate for our needs. Included breakfast was cold buffet style, and dining was at a community table that sat 6 or so. Small common refrigerator available but no kitchen privileges. 4 rooms...

Yes, a small room but with a big heart, private ensuite bathroom, free parking, hot tub, and nice breakfast. Would stay here again, no problem! Hope your weather is as good as ours was, even got sunburned. The breakfast was very good. Only negative is it was a wee bit hard to find.

Our room felt like a second entrance adapted to a room. Really small that if you slept from the right side of the bed, had to jump over the other to get out of the bed. the bathroom, same thing, really small and adjacent to other room with a folding door and with little toilet privacy. I am very sorry...

Hofdagata is a beautiful B&B in big house in Stykkisholmur. Our room was very big with a big comfy bed. The shared bathroom was very modern and the whole place was impeccably clean. There is a full kitchen, hot tub, and a real life saver for us was the box of international adapter plugs that you can borrow. Diana greeted...

We stayed one night at this bed and breakfast. Great host, great room (we had the one with a view). The jacuzzi outside was an extra plus in the snow :) Coffee and tea (as well as milk to the coffee places in our fridge) was available. The bathroom was nice even though the floor was a bit broken in...
