If we had have paid full price it would have probably been 3 stars. But we got a CHEAP deal so it's not fair to downgrade it. It's not a bad place by any means, it's just you really have to have a reason to be there. The Swan Valley itself is kind of touristy but not really at the...

I stayed here recently with my mother as it was close to the venue where my brother was getting married. I arrived at midnight after traveling for 27 hours, exhausted but hungry. The check in was great with an attentive duty manager who assisted me with my bags and was very welcoming. However, i was hungry and in a completely...

There are 5 treadmills of which only 3 work, rest of equipment is old or outdated. When we asked the management when they intend to repair the gym equipment told "We do not always take our guests or members requests into consideration" 🤔It is obvious customer service is non existent

Wonderful break, large comfy rooms, tranquil stay. Exceeded my expectations. All staff we dealt with, in particular the girls at the front reception desk were outstanding. Looking forward to staying again!!

We came for an overnight stay as part of our Accor membership: The bar/cafe has absolutely no atmosphere at all, neither does Muscats - in fact the whole place lacks soul. We had a very disappointing dinner at Muscats - the staff all seemed to be young trainees - they were friendly but lacked the basics like asking if you...

We had an enjoyable night at the resort. Rooms were lovely and look fresh and modern. A couple of items missing from the mini bar (but then again we checked in early so may not have had the chance to restock) Love the facilities on site, allowing plenty of options for activities. Unfortunately what was a let down was the...

We were offered two nights at this hotel for $40 ( normally $430) as a promotion, but left to go home after one night. The staff are friendly, but the complex is tired and our room was very smelly. It was overwhelming. The manager told us the carpets in the rooms had just been replaced, and offered to give us...
