A nice hotel: in principle, it is nothing special, however, our room was renovated and it is a great value for money. Breakfast buffet is nice and changes day to day, the dinner is nice as well. There is one indoor (that you can enjoy for yourself most of the time) and one outdoor pool.

Hubby and I stayed at Plaza-Regency in room 431 for 10 days, Dec. 18-28. This is our third time at hotel, and we'll be back again. Sara at front desk was friendly and helpful, room was sizeable, very clean, with a wrap-around balcony facing the bay. Paid a bit extra for the upgrade, which included a refrigerator, kettle and coffee/tea...

Good location near to the sea, with large square directly opposite, with restaurants/pizzerias,very good transportation. Bus stops are left and opposite the hotel. Large rooms with several benefits, but we had to pay for them. Its unacceptable in 2017 to pay for WI-FI!!!! Clean but it could be better. Staff were formally polite. Poor breakfast.

The hotel as such is fine: the rooms are fine, big enough, clean. It consists of two buildings, which represent two wings of the hotel: Plaza and Regency. Our room had perfect seaside view on the whole Bay. Breakfast offer was also quite fine. But.... What ruins the experience of the hotel is reception staff - slow and unorganized; seemed...

We stayed in the Plaza for a week in November 2016 - as other reviewers have noted, there are two hotels joined by an upper floor walkway, the other being the Regency. We had a room on the fifth floor, with a sea view. I would recommend the fifth floor, as any lower, the view would not be as pleasant....

Very Italian hotel which seemed to attract many Italians. We paid extra for a sea view (see photograph) and superior room. The room was spacious, but the bathroom was miniscule, but adequate. The food was repetitive, but nothing really wrong. The restaurant manager was miserable and gave the whole place a sour feeling. The rest of the staff were friendly....

We had got one of the studio apartments here. We had a room with a view of the sea, which was perfect. Room was clean and spacious. No free wifi in the room, only in the lobby, which suited us perfectly well. Two pools and the indoor pool was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good but dinner was lousy. Service...
