We stayed in this hotel from 13th May 2017 for a week and after reading the reviews I was expecting the worst but I was incredibly surprised. Our room was clean and equipped with basic appliances such as a toaster and kettle, not something you find in hotels anymore. The only downside was the shower pressure is quite low but...

Horrible horrible hotel! Infested with loud and super rude students and staff don't even care about other guests. Also, its so dirty I might have as well have slept on the pavement! DON'T EVEN BOTHER!

Firstly this is a student hotel so they only come out in hours of darkness but are noisy throughout. The hotel is well located and basic but clean and the staff are wonderful . We had a family room which included a fridge kettle and microwave.

My company booked the place few times as it is nearby our Malta office. The experience was poor, full of students, loud, night parties, doors closing loudly and waking me up in the night, internet had to be paid extra, tiny choice for breakfast. It felt more like a dormitory not a hotel.

Good location: next to school bus stop and ferry. Really nice staff. No free wi-fi. Just in the lobby. The communal kitchen is dirty but its because the guests don’t clean after cooking. I stayed at a studio and I liked it. You can prepare some easy meals. They’re not very organized. I had some problems but the good thing...

The staff were excellent at hotel no complaints , good location for sliema centre , only thing is lots of students who could be noisy , apart from that excellent value. Breakfast was basic but ok. Pool on roof great and not busy . Communal kitchen was at times smelly .

I visited the hotel the last May! Room was very big with a kitchenette. Location is very central in Sliema near a lot of shops! Staff was very helpful. We didn't have breakfast so I don't know if it is good... Totally recommended ! I can't really understand the very bad reviews that I read!

Dirty room, poor cleaning service, 3 days they haven't change our towels. If you are a student of 20 to 25 years old maybe it's ok but for our standards (me 40 and wife 33) this hotel was much below our expectations and needs. The location though was really good but we had rent a car and couldn't find free...

The service is very poor at this hotel. They clean twice a week and if you tell them that something is dirty they don't care because the cleaning scedule can't change. We asked for one extra shower gel because it was over obviously after 2 days stay (remember no cleaning) and they refused to give us one. After a little fuzz they...

We returned to the Day's Inn in Altoona for the second visit to find a staff that made the extra effort to remember our names and go out of their way to accommodate our needs. Kudos to Rebecca and the hotel manager for handling our visit and making us feel like family This has become our go-to hotel in Altoona,...
