Our view was out of a tiny window that rested on the floor and overlooked a street thru an iron grate. Our traveling companions both had rooms with windows that faced out into the hallway. So, whatever you book, ask for a view -- not and inner core. Comments about checking in at restaurant are accurate -- weird and without...

This is right in the centre of Valletta and its small and charming and full of interesting stuff in the hallways, like vintage bikes, and rocking horses. Very nice staff and a good little bar/restaurant downstairs. Its right next to the cathedral which seems to have very random bells that go off all the time, so that may bother you....

Luciano Boutique hotel was absolutely lovely. In a prime location smack in the middle of Valletta old town, right next to the cathedral. The room was very spacious, beds super comfy, very clean and tidy. Wifi was quick and worked well. We were very happy with the stay. Easy walk to the bus station which has the hop-on-hop-off buses and...

Located in the city center, in the best part of valletta. Really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel. Our bedroom made us feel like we were entering a fashion magazine. Helpful staff and good breakfast served on the piazza. Within a short walking distance to the bus terminus which take you everywhere around Malta. We could hear the church...

Magical place with quirky decor, period features and modern comforts. Excellent location for walking around Valletta. The only negative was the clock bells of The cathedral which chimed every 15minutes right throughout the night...one has to ask why when people obviously need to sleep!

I stayed in this hotel because it was central. It was right next to the cathedral, and the church bells sounded loudly EVERY 15 MINUTES throughout the night. It was impossible to sleep. One of my friends staying at the same hotel asked to move to the annex, and stayed there one night before moving to a different hotel. She...

My emails to "Cinzia" the daughter of the owner before I left for Malta made the arrangements fall into place very smoothly. Although there isn't a dedicated reception at the hotel and it's very popular restaurant adjacent to St. John's Cathedral, there were always staff people working to help out and answer questions. This is a family run hotel and...

The hotel is just located at the heart of Valetta. There is no reception and you need to check in the restaurant which is 2 min. walking distance to the hotel. Or you can dial the reception at the entrance of the building (which is more convenient imo). We had a clean, well equipped room that has a wonderful view...

We had a beautiful room overlooking St. John's Cathedral. The hotel is ideal located in a famous street in Valletta with shops and sites just footsteps away. Check in is at the restaurant downstairs which serves good food. The staff were always helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return here if we plan to visit Malta again....

Only stayed one night here but would have liked to have spent more, particularly as Valletta is such a beautiful and interesting place. The hotel itself is quite quirky (lots of pretty antique items around the place) and is very clean and comfortable. The only odd thing is that it does not have a dedicated reception – the reception is...
