We stayed here for two nights in a basic room. The room was comfortable and clean, with one window with no view - but that was OK because up on the roof of the hotel is a marvelous patio with tables and chairs, overlooking the city and harbor. Grab a drink from the lobby bar and head to the roof!...

The room was quite small and featured a balcony which was hardly wide enough for one person and had waist height railings which could be disconcerting for some. The bathroom was also small with a shower which operated very well, however, there was a distinct lack of towel rails and not much room to put our toiletries. We found the...

Located directly above the grand harbour of Valletta the Grand Harbour Hotel is an excellent place to explore and discover Valletta and Malta. Even though a small bar and and a roof terrace on 7th floor (impressive view over the harbour and parts of Valletta) are the only amenities besides the breakfast room staying there is recommended. The staff is...

Received a warm welcome upon arrival and also every time we passed by reception. We arrived before midday expecting to dump our bags until check in time. We were told that the room was ready so we might as well take it!. Very good service Rooms clean, that's the main thing. Not huge but how much room do you need...

Very friendly reception. The hotel is near the old Victoria gate and our room overlooked the harbour and of course had an enclosed balcony for which Valletta is famous. The sites are all within walking distance, although be prepared for lots of stairs and hilly sidewalks. The stairs were originally built for the knights wearing armor, so the risers are...

Stayed for 6 nights from April 13th, and did not have any issue of note at all. Opted for the bus from the airport which was just Euro 1.50 each, and the walk to the hotel only took maybe 10-15 minutes, although was down quite a few steps which could have been problematic for some. Lovely welcome at the hotel,...

We spent 3 nights in this hotel a couple of weeks ago.We had planned to take a bus from the airport but would have had to wait 30 mins so took a taxi paying Euros 15 for the 2 of us. Good thing because we wouldn't have liked the long walk from the bus station down to the hotel with...

Fantastic hotel - brilliant location with incredible views from the rooftop terrace (and also our room windows). Incredibly friendly welcome from the staff at reception who were helpful throughout. Good sized clean room with all required functionalities. Location was also perfect for the Good Friday Easter procession which started at the church 75m up the road. Great bar / restaurant...

We had a lovely 4th floor corner room overlooking the harbour and town. The views were fantastic. The room was kept clean, well furnished and had free wifi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a wide choice including english, and continental. This is a fantastic place to explore Valletta and the Island from as only a 5...
