We have just returned from a wonderful walking weekend in Diekirch for which we stayed at the Park Hotel. This is a very welcoming and quiet place with friendly staff and proprietor Michael. It is situated in the perfect spot to start your day. Close to the shops and station and importantly the walks available in this area. Although breakfast... More

Since several years we participate in the marche de 'l armee de Diekirch and find lodging at the hotel du Parc. Rooms are good, spacious and clean. The service is great and at our request an early breakfast was prepared, so we could start the march at 7

I would have given it a 'very good' but for the price, which is expensive for what you get. There is a good breakfast included and hot water with a roomy bathroom. Towels are a bit threadbare if you use those provided. Packet shampoos and as usual for continental hotels, no tea or coffee-making facilities in your room. Good central... More

Hotel is quiet and clean, but rather dated. For €94 we would have expected the room to have little extras like a hairdryer or tissues, but there were none such. A good breakfast was included but parking was €9 extra - expensive in this small town. The owners seemed pleasant enough, but somewhat disinterested in what they were doing. The... More

Booked months in advance for this place and when we turned up no body was there. The door was locked, the lights were out, car park empty. Waited nearly an hour and no body turned up, it then took us 2 hours to find alternative accommodation when we got back after out trip we found we were charged for the... More

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in September, on a visit to Luxembourg primarily to trace my husband's roots. Unfortunately we forgot our IDP, so we were unable to rent a car. We were thereby forced to use the Luxembourg public transportation system, which turned out to a great experience. You can buy an all-day ticket for buses... More

This is a multi generational family hotel. I stayed there in 1989 and returned in 2014. It is no frills but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included making this a great value. If you are sight seeing in Luxembourg and want a good base of operations, this is the perfect place!

This was far enough awqay from the train station that you didn't hear it but close enough that you could walk to it with luggage. (300 M away) Room was small but thats what we asked for. It was just a place to sleep as we were there to sightsee. The location was very close to the town center and... More

Hotel du Parc is quite small hotel with no dining restaurant on the premises. The hotel manager was very helpful to give some directions to good restaurants in the town. Parking area is quite small and cramped but we managed to get our car there. Room was very clean, although bathroom might need some renovation. Free Wifi. Breakfast was quite... More

Hotel is across the street from the municipal park that has a very nice fountain with dancing water spouts and is lighted at night. Hotel is owned and operated by 3rd generation family and the owner/manager/deskclerk/ could not have been nicer to us on our visit of 03-04May20112. He speaks english very well along with several other languages so no... More
