I was there with 2 more couples. It is a small family hotel, surrounded by restaurants, pubs, discos, supermarkets, bakery, anything you want. We hardly went for breakfast as we went early morning hours to bed. Staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel needs renovation and is not suitable for families and kids as the s/pool is very deep. BUT for young people is relly good and value for money. Rooms were very clean though basic...

Stayed at this hotel in May....sufficient for our needs but thought the whole hotel could do with a refurbishment. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable but bedding and towels could do with an update. Balcony a nightmare with pigeon mess cleaners seemed to ignore that area so really off putting. Diningroom staff could do with a shake up at times when at mealtimes sometimes we had to set up our own table....breakfasts were fine but evening meals slightly on the repetitive side...ok if you like pork...not a great deal in choice. This hotel in our opinion had no atmosphere whatsoever no entertainment at all. Air conditioning very poor but apparently working !!!! Noticed another hotel not far from the Azur called the Estella which looked very nice wish we had gone there. On the whole don't think I would go back to this hotel or Limassol much prefer Paphos. Happy holidays everyone I love Cyprus at least you are guaranteed the weather it was brilliant.

we cannot fault the service at the azur. all the staff were friendly and very helpful. our room was clean and bright though the bedding was a little worn and could have done with being renewed. during our stay the airconditioning in our room didn't work properly which made it uncomfortable at night with higher than average temperatures for this time if year. other guests complained of the same problem, but the hotel did'nt sort out what was wrong. when we complained to the receptionist she told us that the airconditioning would'nt be switched on until 1st june. meals at the hotel were as expected for the price we paid, in fact the breakfast menu was very good with plenty of choice. evening meals not very imaginative but certainly no worse than other 3star hotels weve stayed in. the hotel has a cosy feel and an old fashioned charm, and although certain areas do need refurbishing, on the whole you are made comfortable with quite a few facilities such as underground parking for your hire car available at no extra cost. it's position on the main road through limassol means that there is quite a bit of noise from traffic, but once you have shut your door to your balcony at night much of the noise is canceled out. on the whole this hotel is good value for money and we have no hesitation in recommending it.

Stayed there last October for a week. Staff very professional & helpful. Good facilities and the best hotel in the vicinity. Made us feel very welcome. Would highly recommend this hotel, but alas not Limassol. Not much to do sadly. But thankfully the company was good.
