Had family from Nicosia visiting for two days, so we only stayed one night in this lovely, traditional hotel. Everyone agreed they would have loved to stay longer – and we definitely will, next time! My family said it felt like ‘home from home’. Praise indeed coming from Cypriots! The hotel itself surpassed all expectations. The ambience is amazing, from... More

We only ate here, so can't comment on the bedrooms etc, but the restaurant was lovely. The other tables were mostly occupied by residents who all seemed to know each other already from previous meals and we got included in the conversation. The food was lovely and very reasonable, £35 for three of us, starters mains and carafe of wine.... More

A clean and well presented hotel with a small courtyard restaurant surrounded by atmospheric statues, pictures and trees. The manager/owner is worth warming to as he is happy to share advice and travel-tips - and is a great cook when he decides to run the kitchen. The location is about two kilometres up a hill from the tourist part of... More

The hotel is a bit away from the tourist area, and we used it as a base for a cycling trip. The hospitality was excellent and the food was superb. The owner went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a base in Cyprus or Paphos. If you want to be in... More

Tried to give us a room with three beds in, no balcony and could not swing a cat round in this dirty room. Asked to be moved because this was not the room I saw on booking .com and George who had the same clothes on all week was reluctant to move us saying he had no other rooms. After... More

A welcome break from the rainy uk, we spent a week here. It's a very old building which would be deliciously cool and airy in the heat of summer. The decor and the owner were quirky, everything was done to make us feel welcome and the rooms were clean with shower room/wc inside. There was a fridge, a kettle, a... More

This hotel was fantastic. I went there as a lone traveller on 7th January 2016 and was warmly welcomed by the hotel owner, George, as I walked through the door late at night. He had read my room request and obliged. I was there in the down-season and only three rooms were occupied. The room was quiet and comfortable and... More
