The hotel is not fit for purpose. It's dated and not suitable although the rooms are big the space is not used correctly There is a tiny bathroom small wardrobe and a small balcony The actual bedroom is fairly large. The hotel is closing down over the winter period and there is apparently millions been spent on a full refurbishment.... More

Another fab holiday at the melini. Always made to feel so welcome. They are in prime position 5 mins walk to the beach across the road near silver Sands. This is a fab beach and doesn't get so crowded as fig tree. Island affair, chilz bar and rockafellas also fab. As other reviews state the rooms are very dated but... More

This is a good place to stay although very noisy at night.Be prepared to have to pay €5 a day for air conditioning that is per room .This is being refurbished for next year so this might change .The rooms are clean and tidy we stopped in room 401 that had a massive balcony with sea views

Have been here before four years ago and loved the location although in August found it very hot so when me and my teenage daughter decided to go away for a short break and the Thomas Cook man showed us this was available we jumped at it. This apartment hotel is in a great location, a very short walk to... More

Went to Melini this summer with my husband and we stayed for a week half board. The food was exceptional, whether it was breakfast lunch or our evening meal we never found fault once. The waiting on staff at the restaurant were all absolutely lovey especially the sisters Maria, Christina and Sylvana. The atmosphere was amazing and a good night... More

This place really needs going over. We arrived at 23 hours, bandmusic blasting right outside and immediatly had to get out and find ourselves another hotel. The furniture smelled and was not someplace I would even put my clothes on top of.The chairs provided for eating was bar stools!! But then there was hardly any kitchen equipment there at all,... We are promised an upgraded experience with the same friendly atmosphere and staff on hand to make our stay even better than in previous years. Look... More

The lounge & bedroom we had were a good size with loads of cupboard space. Air con worked well. small kitchen area with ample utensils that served its purpose. bathroom ok, shower worked well just don't... More

Cheap and cheerful, hmmm! Unfortunately needed to come home and sleep for a week in silence, noise from Rockefellers bar, every, single night blasting out till one am, sick to death of bloody rod Stewart and meatloaf tribute bands (not that good anyway). Hotel dated, pool absolutely freezing, have to pay for air con which.needed as cant have Windows open... More
