This was really the perfect hotel for me and my three children (aged 22, 19 and 14.) It is in the city center, close to both the shopping street and the bus station (we came by bus from Toulouse and took another bus to Barcelona.) The spa in the hotel next door was included. It was nice, and had a gym and a lovely terrace (but not so nice to visit in October.) It was rather crowded the day we were there, though. I think we got the two best rooms in the hotel, on the top floor facing the mountains. They were rather spatious, had tea and coffee facilities, were clean and had comfortable beds. My youngest daughter got sick that night, and then we could keep one of the rooms until 13.30 for free (when it was time to go to the bus.) We had the buffet dinner which was much better than expected. It was not huge, but tasted really good, and included some specialities from Andorra. We enjoyed it all of us. That said: this is not a fancy hotel, but for our needs (one night in Andorra) it was perfect and priceworthy.

Vacationing with family. Good location. We were pleased with the pool, jacuzzi and steam room. Near the gym you can relax on a lounger under the sun. Good breakfast, varied range of dishes, we were pleased with the choice. Good service, I would like to thank Bryan NOGUEIRA, one of the responsible of reception from Prestigi Hotels. Difficulties that arose were resolved very quickly and in the best possible way. I recommend this hotel! We will definitely come back here again!!!

Our first experience of this place was trying to park in the underground parking shared with the nearby Mercure, only to be told it was full. Ummm, what is that free space right in front of us then? But we decided best not to argue with the attendant who directed us to the public open-air parking space in front of the hotel. I am led to believe this was actually cheaper but still not a good first impression. I think you'd not know you were in a Novotel until you got to your room and spied the standard Novotel room furniture, including that odd abstract picture. It otherwise does not feel like a Novotel. The lifts were a bit wonky and felt like you were lucky to arrive in one piece. The bar was a bit strange, or maybe that was the impression given by the barman. We stayed one night and left early the next morning so that is all I can say.

This could be a great hotel: it has a prime location in the centre of town and the breakfast buffet is excellent. Unfortunately, otherwise the hotel does not live up to the standards expected of an Accor hotel: rooms are in need of a renovation, the pool area in the adjacent Mercure was not very clean, and loyalty counts for nothing: as an ALL Diamond member, the room we received was very average, and only after escalating a complaint to management were we belatedly granted the free weekend breakfast benefit. There was no welcome amenity (nor gifts for the kids as for example in the Novotel Barcelona City), and no points have been credited for the stay so far. This hotel should not be run as a Novotel if it does not want to adhere to the brand standards and grant the loyalty programme benefits.

All well. The person responsible for the restaurant was incredibly nice. Not so enthusiastic employees from reception. The fact that the pool and gym are located in other building is not great. Gym with some apparels without maintenance

Great location right in the middle of town with a nice view yet barely any street noise. The indoor pool was included so I went for a swim and it was very relaxing, but there were so many people lining up to use the hot tubs or spending too much time in them that it wasn't really worth waiting to use them. The bed was comfortable, shower was great, tea and coffee and kettle were alright, TV was ok but had the wrong remote control, the fridge was small so I had to cool some things and put in other items later. There's a supermarket called Andorra 2000 about 5 minutes walk away where you could anything imaginable from food to tax-free alcohol and cigarettes, and reception weren't concerned about me bringing in my own food and beer, as the bar didn't look too enticing. The breakfast buffet was way too expensive for my liking, might've been 14 Euros which is ridiculous, so I didn't try it out. Get some fresh bread and meat at the supermarket for a few Euros. Lots of restaurants nearby, and the Andbus service that runs buses to either Barcelona or Toulouse dropped me off and picked me up right in front of the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff - special mentions for the lovely Amalia on front desk and wonderful Nicolai in the bar who makes fab cocktails. Great breakfast, clean and bright rooms overlooking the river, and encircled by the glorious mountains. Good facilities - underground parking, shared amenities with Mecure next door - had childrens soft play area, gym, swimming pool and mini golf on the roof - brilliant. Would recommend this for familes and will definitely be going back.

We like staying in this hotel which is very handy for a stay in Andorra la Vella. This year we were surprised by the staff at the front desk who told us that they don't care for the special comments / requests from our booking as they are too busy allocating rooms to people. That said, the lady eventually found a suitable room for us away from the main street and high floor... The room was very clean & handy. The pillows were a bit too inflated and hard for us and caused neck pains. We tried the buffet on a sunday and we didn't enjoy it. The entrée & deserts were fresh and nice but not the main dishes. Main dishes: over cooked and not a lot a choice. We had the feeling that it was left overs from previous buffets. A bit disappointing for the price. The good point for the hotel is that you can have access and play mini golf and snoker at the Mercure hotel which is round the corner. There is also a swimming pool for those you enjoy relaxing around the pool. The parking is not free but at a normal & fair price for the place. Overall, we would recommend this hotel for break/holidays in Andorra la Vella

Well, where to start.....The first impression as you enter the foyer is very good, light modern etc. After that it goes downhill to shabby as you enter the lift. The receptionist could barely muster a welcoming smile and when she told my husband and the parking charge for the car..20 euros a night he was astounded. We have stayed in many Novotel hotels across Europe and have NEVER been charged so much. Disgraceful price just for parking a car. However I digress. When we got to the room..528 the carpet was filthy, stained and with what looked like a burn in the middle of it. The safe had no instructions and did not work properly anyway so we had to carry our valuables with us whenever we went out and it was a good thing that I had some English teabags with us us as my husband does not drink fancy tea. One very pleasant thing to mention was the barman Nicola who greeted us with a smile each time and was chatty and helpful. We did not est in the hotel and I am sorry to say we shall not be staying there again.

Spent only one night., wish I was able to spend at least one more. Good and friendly staff, room big with sofa bed ready. Parking easy to park. Dîner was a bit of last resort for us but we find it to be a lucky one. Buffet is huge with amazing choices and really friendly waitress. Would come back to this hotel only for the buffet. Breakfast was the same... So much choice. We loved it.
