This was our 8th trip to Andorra having previously stayed at the Nordic/del clos apartments at El Tarter. On this occasion we decided to try a hotel closer to the nightlife of Soldeu to avoid the bus trip up to resort having found El tarter...More
Lovely hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Food good with enough choice to please all tastes. Rooms spacious and clean. Lots of comfy chairs and sofas to sit and relax. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
We travelled with Thomas Cook, who also own Neilsons now. Flight was delayed, and we arrived in hotel around 2245 hours, in very snowy conditions. The receptionist was very helpful, as was the rep (or so we thought). We were told to collect skis from...More

You can do it when you get there but by far the cheapest way is to go onto the website Soldeu. com where you can choose packages which include ski hire, lessons, lift passes and even lunch. The lunch option worked out to be half the cost of buying it on the day and included a burger or panini, drink and chips. The hotel is ideally situated for the lifts and the ski area is Perfect for skiers of all levels of experience. The ski lift pass covers the whole area and is called Grand Vilaria, not sure I've spelt that right, also if you haven't been skiing before I would suggest you take lessons as the instructors take you all over the area so that when you go off on your own in the afternoon you feel more comfortable knowing where you are going. Can't praise the area high enough. If I can help in any other way please ask.
