The sHome Hotel, which opened in 2017, is located in the south of Graz not far from the Puntigam brewery and Austria's second largest shopping center, the Shoppingcity Seiersberg. In addition to the line and city bus stop directly in front of the hotel, the Graz-Puntigam train station with bus, train and tram connections is only a few minutes' walk away. Whether you stroll through the Graz old town, visit the friendly alien or take a journey back in time to the Middle Ages to explore the castle and the Graz Schloßberg. You can be in the center in just a few minutes thanks to the excellent transport links. Should you ever want to leave the city, you can reach the enchanting Southern Styria with its picturesque vineyards or Upper Styria without having to change trains, for example to go on a hike through the famous Bärnschützklamm. Our modern rooms offer free and fast internet (WiFi). To make the evenings cozy in front of the television, we offer almost 100 TV programs as well as a comprehensive Sky package with sports, series and films. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day - that's why we offer you a rich breakfast buffet with exquisite and regional ingredients. This is the perfect way to start the day. As a guest in our house, you can of course park for free outdoors or in the underground car park. For electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles, there are charging stations available both outdoors and in the underground car park.

Detailed Reviews
We visited Graz for shopping and some private business in December and, due to late booking missed out on some other hotels in downtown.
As parking matters and we prefer quiet places to stay at, we opted for the sHome hotel in Graz.
We were surprised to find out the hotel has no staff in the afternoon but this proved our to be the fastest check in we ever had!
On entry, to a modern building in Puntigam/Graz which is easily accessible from the Pyrhn Autobahn, we found an electronic “desk” waiting for us :)
Enter the reservation code, press few keys and - voila! The keys are in our hands and we slowly descend into a well illuminated subterranean parking. Few seconds up with an elevator and we reached a clean, nicely smelling hotel lobby and our room.
The room/apartment was separated into a living room with kitchen, dining table and seating area converted into a large and comfortable bed, bedroom with a king size bed and a separate walk in closet as well as a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower.
Complimentary Nespresso, delicious tee, overall airy and roomy atmosphere and a feeling you’re in your own apartment away from home really impressed us.
Breakfast time brought smiling and polite staff and a hearty breakfast from a very well stocked buffet. Checkout was a breeze and we were allowed to leave our car in parking several hours longer as a compliment from the hotel.
If you’re visiting Graz and wish a spatious, clean, comfortable and quiet, modern place to stay and need parking - there are very few other places you can choose but we recommend this one!
Btw, bus stop is 10 m from the hotel and taxi is quite affordable reaching downtown after a leisurely 10 min drive.
Warmly recommended!

SUPER, SUPER,SUPER👍👍👍. The hotel is situated close to the highway. The rooms are spacious, clean and super-equipped. The electronic customer registration system is very simple and clear. I assign twelve 😀 out of ten stars.

This is a great hotel. The price is really fair for what you get. Rooms are clean and a good quality. Also breakfast is good. It’s a bit far from the city centre, that the only minor thing. Self check-in was also quite smooth.

SHotel Graz is a very nice hotel, the big advantage is the possibility of self-check-in in many languages. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I have stayed there for one night during my trip to Italy and it was great that the hotel is near to the highway. Good breakfast and underground garage included in the room price are big advantages of this hotel.
I highly recommend this place

Arriving at 16:00 there was nobody at the reseption, the self check-in didn't work and nobody bothered to pick up the allocated emergency phone number or any othe means of communication. 2,5h later spent outside at a parking lot waiting with luggage and everything, I was relocated to another hotel-thank God- but I was completely exhausted and my day was messed up.

We have just come back from Austria after spending 3 nights at the S Home Hotel in Graz and can’t speak highly enough about this establishment.
There were 8 of us in our party (5 rooms) as we were there for the Austrian GP.
The Hotel is a little out of Graz but easy enough to get into Graz by taxi or there is a tram stop within walking distance.
The Hotel itself is quite modern all with spacious and clean rooms... with a large tv, fridge, safe and a really comfy bed. Ours also had a balcony overlooking the car park and surrounding area.
Breakfast was included which was a bonus providing both cold and hot food.... obviously the more continental breakfast. There is also a patio area where you can sit outside should you wish.
Staff were all excellent... really friendly, polite and helpful.
WIFI throughout the Hotel which worked well although we were only at the Hotel in the evenings/sleeping!
A few bars/restaurants nearby... within walking distance. Definitely recommend the one in the Cinema complex for really tasty pizzas.
Overall a fantastic hotel and highly recommend.

Booked hotel when visiting for the Austrian Grand Prix.
The hotel is a 5 minutes walk from Graz Puntigam station and and 7 minute train journey into Graz.
Arrived after the reception had closed. However the self check in machine was very simple and very quick to get the room keys, this was a slight concern when booking.
The rooms are very modern and spacious shower, TV's have Sky TV some in English some in Austrian.
Only slight problem was that we booked a twin room for two males so the twin beds being pinned together by the built in side tables was not ideal. With there being no-one on reception there was no-one to ask about this.
