Detailed Reviews
We stayed at this hotel overnight in the end of June. A bit pricey, but it seems most hotels in Austria are pricey. It is clean, but there was no blanket on the bed, just a summer light cover, and I felt chilly when I went to bed, by morning I had developed a throat ache and then for a few days struggled with a cough. Not very pleasant in the covid era. They should provide at least one blanket, as most hotels do in case some guests need to feel warmer. The air in the room was stiff when we arrived, I had to open the window to let in some fresh air. The hotel has its own parking area with plenty of places to park. There are many supermarkets near this hotel, which is helpful.

Good value for money to stay in Graz. The decentralized location is very useful if Graz is an intermediate stopover, as in our case , given the ease with which you can reach the hotel from the motorway.
Triple room small, without wardrobe (now the rod with hangers hanging in the room is quite frequent in hotels of this range ), but still adequate for one or two nights. The bathroom had a large and comfortable shower. Wi-Fi well functioning.
The hotel has free parking right in front of it.
We did not take advantage of their breakfast at about € 15 per person, but we preferred to eat out (super recommended the ice cream parlor Temmel). Other convenient amenities (bars, fast food, restaurants and supermarkets) are in the immediate vicinity, within walking distance, or , such as the Center West shopping center, within a 5-minute drive.
The centre of Graz is easily accessible by car (about 10 minutes), but also by public transport.
Staff very friendly and helpful , can also provide advice on the area .
A bit uncomfortable Check-in rigidly available from 15.00 onwards : if you arrive earlier, in fact, you must pay an early check-in to enter the room . I know it is their policy, but at that point we preferred to have lunch and take a tour of the surroundings, and then come back at the right time.
Definitely recommended for a quick stop in Graz.

B&B Hotel Graz City Süd offers very clean rooms with air conditioning and flat-screen TV. The cleanliness of the sanitary facilities was nothing to complain about. It was all very clean. Care products such as shower gel were also available. The bed was clean and very comfortable. The rooms can only be entered with a combination of numbers (6 digits) and are therefore very secure. The staff was very nice and friendly as well as helpful. Breakfast was rich and very tasty. Very nice breakfast and common room. Various beverage and candy vending machines were also available. No 24-hour reception. Credit card payment is also possible. In front of the house there are ample free parking spaces. The house is also equipped for the disabled. There is an elevator available. There is no bar/restaurant. Attractions, museums, churches, restaurants and cafe's as well as the city centre are not within walking distance of the hotel. Public transport (bus and tram) is nearby. Next door is a great cheap discount store (supermarket) as well as a Chinese restaurant. Long distance connection is also nearby. Three petrol stations are also only about 1 kilometer away. I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended hotel.

The staff is nice, they will help you and even give you some tips and advices for visiting the city centre if you ask them. The room was good, would be better if they are a little bit bigger.
Dog friendly, good breakfast, parking in front of the hotel.

Even the check in was very complicated despite booking via the app.
A young lady obviously didn't know her way around.
But the absolute hammer is that was not available on the TV of ORF 1. Everyone else left.
Tonight Austria v Turkey!!
Complain to the reci - Lapidar response. Error is known already many complaints but nothing to change....
What a service!
Not even an apology!

What an unexpected nice room for a “highway” hotel. We picked this one to be able to continue on the highway immediately the day after. New, modern. So clean and a nice bathroom. Top! Breakfast more than OK. Enough parking space.

Hotel is new, staff very friendly and ready to help. Big parking facilities in front of the hotel. Hotel is new and modern, small but functional rooms. However, there is very strange smell in corridor and rooms. Not sure where it comes from. I've read in some reviews that it is due to the fact that dogs are allowed, but I am not sure that it may be a case. Probably they should find a way to neutralise the smell.

I was very disappointed after my stay at B&B Graz City Süd!
Despite very late arrival and check in and the high price, I found that my chosen room was not clean!
In detail: In the sink were long hair and dirt of previous persons, in the shower it stinks pathetically of clods and there are also hair and other extremities in the drain!
The sealing rubber of the shower door is broken so it runs out when showering and in the corners of the shower as well as at the entrance there are dirt residues that can be removed even with slight pressure of my finger!
Ventilation in the bathroom also covered with a layer of dust!
Now to the room: Dust and dirt on all upper edges such as mirrors, doors, TV and under the bed, plus waste from the predecessor under the bed!
Broken sheet with a small tear!
Dirty mirrors/windows, insect infestation through open window and Full lighting on my arrival around 10pm
