Detailed Reviews
A very nice hotel located close to a train station, in a walking distance to the city centre. The staff are friendly, the rooms and the entire hotel are super clean, breakfast choice is splendid. There is a bar available for the hotel guests only, so it was not overcrowded and we had a good time there. I would like to highlight friendliness of all receptionists.

Among all the three-star Ibis Hotels I have stayed in (mostly Britain and the Netherlands) this ranks at the top of their properties.
The rooms are spacious; the staff quite helpful.
There are vending machines and a bar where snacks are served. Restaurants nearby and a huge supermarket next door. The train station is across the square, as is an internet cafe.

Parking entrance is next to the hotel entrance which is very convenient.
You can pay in the hotel per 24 hours.
At the front desk we were helped very friendly.
The rooms are old and outdated.
The bathroom is small and also urgently in need of renovation. Fungus is very present in the corners of the shower.
The price is low and for a lay over stop it was good enough. Breakfast was basic but everything you expect was available without any excess. The Italian restaurant next to the door was nice and price / quality very acceptable!

Located just next to the main railway station. Has parking in underground garage (12,50 EUR per day). Basic hotel, but beds are firm and good for sleeping. My problem was lack of any sound insulation, you are clearly hearing all sounds from next rooms and from hallway. If you are light sleeper, bring some ear plugs.

Clean room with everything you need. Most of the staff were SUPER friendly and helpful. The location is great - a less than 20 minute walk to the city center (much less by tram). Train station location is super helpful since it also contains a mini mall with grocery store.

The plus is it’s right next to the train station if that’s your point of departure from Graz other than that there’s nothing else good to report other than checking and checkout being efficient.
Mattresses need changing as there are big depressions in ours making for uncomfortable night.
Breakfast very mediocre, very small dining room and tables cramped together meant it was all a bit chaotic. There was no orange coming from the juice machine so I reported it to the guy in the restaurant. Ten minutes later it wasn’t refilled and I saw many other people asking him. He eventually came over and opened the machine and said “its full” and left. Still no orange came out.

I have stayed Hotel IBIS during my recent business visit and found the hotel very average hotel. The Wi-Fi service is free but does not solve any purpose which is very strange. The breakfast is also not matched with euro[pin standard and staff serving breakfast is not customer friendly.
The only plus point is this hotel is very near from train station and in the maim city.

I took the train to Graz from Vienna and was thrilled to walk out of the train station and saw the Ibis right across the car park. Reception staff were very friendly. My room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. It over looked the train station but there was minimal noise, it was a quiet room. The old city was an easy 10min walk away. There is a supermarket in the train station. I had breakfast in the hotel and was impressed by its selection of foods to meet a variety of dietary requirements (gluten free, lactose free, low fructose). A very pleasant stay.

Perfect location, right next to the train station. If you travel by car, there's an underground parking (with good discounted price for Ibis guests).. Room was spacious enough, only bathroom could be a bit bigger, but not really a big deal.. And the best thing about this hotel would definitely be the fact, that you can get any kind of coffee, even at 3 AM :)
