We expected more from a boutique hotel of this price range. Our de luxe room was indeed very spacious and clean. The AC was functionning well. However, the beds were hard and pillow really thin. We were 3 adults and had to share a tiny bathroom.
The deception came from the breakfast that was really basic no hot food. The room is dark and we got no service, we even had to find cutlery and napking on other tables.
Our towels were changed and we were left with 2 sets for 3 persons. The capsuls for the room Nespresso were not refilled nor our cups cleaned from previous morning. The fridge contained only alcool and sparkling water, no still water…

First of all the service is outstanding- they helped us to arrange a stay at other location on our bike trip.
Thank you again!
Good breakfast and location in the heart of the city. 50 steps from the old town

Boutique Hotel Dom has an unbeatable location in the heart of Graz, so you are close to many of the key sites, but is tucked on a very quiet street. In many ways, it is the best of both worlds, much like Graz. The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for a one-night stay, but the bathroom layout was a bit strange. The building itself is quite old so some eccentric floor plans are to be expected though. Parking is a ten-minute walk away in a paid parking garage; we paid in advance for the parking, which made that aspect easy. The hotel's restaurant looked amazing, by the way, but we did not have a chance to try it.

The hotel is very convenient to the city centre and is only a few minutes walk away from the main streets. We had a superior room which was at the back and overlooked a courtyard so it was fairly quiet. The one thing that surprised me considering the standard of room was that there were no bathrobes. There are a number of small steps along the corridors so it is not really wheelchair friendly.

Dear Guest, thank you for your kind review! We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay.We would like to note that we had a delivery problem which was the reason for your missing a bathrobe - this is normally part of the amenitites offered in our superior room. We apologise for this inconvenience. Yes, unfortunately our house is not wheelchair-friendly, this we must admit. Parts of our building date back to the 17th century..that's why. We do try to communicate this, in order not to disappoint anybody. We hope to see you again in Boutique Hotel Dom. Best regards on behalf of the team, Charlotte Estberger, hotel manager

During a trip in Graz I stayed in this hotel located in the centre of the town, ca 30 minutes walk from the train station. The room is very spacious and clean and the bathroom is also very clean. Breakfast is good and abundant, too bad that the cappuccino was only prepared by a machine. Overall a good experience although in my opinion 21 € per breakfast is far too high (Higher than what we paid in Dubai!!).

Dear guest, thank you for your visit and the review. We are delighted that you enjoyed the central location of our hotel as well as the room. We are sorry that the breakfast buffet did not meet your expectations. Which products did you miss? It would have been nice if you had told us on site what exactly you were missing. The coffee machine is a high-quality fully automatic coffee machine. We would be delighted to welcome you back during your next stay in Graz. Best regards, your team of Boutique Hotel Dom

A great location for sightseeing in Graz. Easy walking access to the Sclossberg, the Kunsthaus, the shops, the river, numerous restaurants & kaffe stops and so forth. Very helpful staff and a clean, comfortable hotel. However, room 1 whilst large, was rather dark ( the staff immediately provided a lamp on request) but still quite dark. The spacious bathroom had a shower over a corner spa bath. If you like those, that’s fine. I found it awkward & prefer a walk in shower. I’d stay here again, in another room preferably.

My wife and I recently spent two relaxing nights at the Hotel Dom.

The hotel is centrally located in Graz old town. We arrived Graz by train, took a tram from the train station to Jakominiplatz. From there, it's a short walk to the property.

We stayed in a standard room on the second floor looking out to a side alley and the opposite building.

The first thing that impressed me was the generous wardrobe space and provision of cloth hangers. The Room is clean and bright. Wifi worked well.

Staff are friendly and helpful. They gave us tips on sightseeing and they were all within walking distance.

We had breakfasts at the cafes nearby. Lots of restaurants in the area. It's in a very convenient spot.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Dom and would recommend this hotel.

Spent one night, celebrating my 40th birthday on the Penthouse Suite.

Two bedroom suite on two floors and with a Jacuzzi Spa on the veranda.

Felt very warmly welcomed by the staff and the breakfast was also nice. Adjacent to the restaurant there is a steakhouse where we had my birthday's dinner and it was great with some lovely meat and wine.

Graz is a gorgeous city with a beautiful center that I will most certainly be back in the future. And the Dom Hotel is certainly part of this very nice experience.

A lovely hotel in a brilliant location. Everything you could possibly want to see or do is in walking distance and the city has a very friendly vibe.
Our room was a good size with a sofa and whirlpool bath.
We only had breakfast once as we prefer using as many different options as we can when we are away, but it was a good standard and had a variety of choices.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Extremely friendly, competent and helpful reception (already before we arrived - booking, information, confirmation) and upon arrival. Perfect location in the beautiful city of Graz - walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, attractions.
Easy unloading (park garage a bit further away but nice walk through the old town.)
Room very big, clean, has everything you need.
