Schöne Inneneinrichtung, gute Lage (zwar etwas außerhalb von Graz, aber wirklich nicht weit, außerdem ist direkt beim Landgasthof die Busstation) Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut Zimmer sind sauber Äußerst freundliche Betreiber Wer Pferde mag, kommt auf seine Kosten, wer nicht, wird davon auch nicht gestört, Frühstück auch in Ordnung Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!!

We knew when we saw the first photo of this room that we wanted to stay here. What is about wood that is so inviting, attractive and homey? The room was just gorgeous to sit in and look at. From the exposed wood to all the odd angles in the ceiling. This was just plain fun and delightful.
This hotel is on the last stop of the bus line north from graz. So you could stay here without a car. We chose it for both it's closeness to graz and to the large open air museum at nearby stubing and the Kessel Falls at
nearby Sandwirt (both of which we recommend).
I'm a light sleeper so i always look for a place outside but near to town. I was a bit concerned about the restaurant and pub but you can't hear those from the room and they close fairly early (9 or
10pm). On a side note, the restaurant is the best meal we had on a 2 week trip to austria so don't miss a meal here if you
stay or are passing by.
The room was very spacious with a lovely balcany where we enjoyed sitting and a nice modern bathroom with plenty of space.
The bed and couch were comfortable and we enjoyed the brief time each night we hung out at the hotel. I wish all hotel rooms were this cool. There's nothing more uninviting then a square lifeless hotel room. So when you get one like this with all the wood, vaulted ceilings and odd angles it quickly spoils you.
This hotel is in a quiet area north of town. The only noise we got were an occasional car chugging it's way up the hill out
front, the buses turning around near the car park and some music they played in the outside dining area which they turned
off for us since there was no one there. By the time we went to bed (10 or so) all was quiet and nothing woke us during the
night.
breakfast was typical continental with bread, meats and cheeses. They let us make up sandwiches with the leftovers to take with us for the day.
Next door is a small horse farm. There was no odor from this. It was fun to go over and look at the horses.
We also met some very friendly locals who were hanging out in the bar which always adds to the experience and the memories.
PS don't forget the restaurant. It's delicious. We still dream about the pumpkin soup and compare all others to it.

La struttura è un alloggio rurale con annessa birreria immersa nella natura a pochi chilometri da Graz. Le camere, di aspetto recente, sono arredate con mobili in stile alpino di legno massiccio; molto ampie e pulite. La colazione, al tavolo, è ricca. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Nei giorni di permanenza la birreria era chiusa, dunque non abbiamo avuto modo di assaporare qualche loro piatto.
