Very nice hotel practically in the city center. The rooms were recently renovated, our quadruple room consisted of two rooms and a bathroom, all very functional. Indeed the breakfast does not have much sweet choice but still sufficient. When we stayed overnight, we had no problems with the small car park right in front of the hotel (7€ per day).

Good location easily accessible by car and such that you can visit the city of Graz on the other side of the Danube on foot. Convenient private parking, uncovered right in front of the entrance. Surprised on arrival we were informed that the reception was only active until 8 pm then the entrance would be allowed with the room badget by a back door, an option I would say completely unusual for a 4 star hotel. The basic room, comfortable bed, renovated bathroom with large walking in shower, unfortunately no bidet. No Italian channels on TV. The staff was friendly and efficient. We did not use the breakfast, which we consider too expensive for our habits (capuccino and croissants). I would certainly recommend it for those who want to visit the beautiful town of Graz, but expect a good 3 star!

Good location. Excellent welcome! Super courteous, for those who also have difficulty with English they are of great help: they translated and wrote the information about the hotel in Italian. Good cleaning. The Junior Suite is spacious and comfortable. There is a small low-cost car park.

Absolutely great hotel! Best location on Lendplatz, lots of restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
The staff are just lovely and friendly, always helpful, it couldn't be better. The studio (103) is very large and modern and equipped with everything you need. Simply: excellent.

Lovely hotel just over the bridge from the old town centre. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms very clean and beds comfortable. Loved the breakfast plenty of variety. Parking available cross the road for 7euros per day. The only thing that was missing was a bar fridge apparently they are on other levels but not on 2 which we were.

Location - the hotel is in a fair good location, short walk to the important sights of the city of Graz.

Breakfast - good selection of teas, fresh ingredients and generally sufficient spread.

Room - This is where the problem lies. For business travellers, if you want a good room, book the junior suite.
Due to the different booking times of my colleagues and myself, one of them got the junior suite while the rest of us got the normal rooms.

The junior suite is newly renovated with adjourning bath tub, and air conditioned.

For the normal rooms, mine was on level 3 and other colleagues on level 2.

For my room, it had the air condition unit, but no controller; I check with the reception, only did I realize that air conditioning would be chargeable at 7 euros per day. It was summer, hence I was left with no choice but to pay for the air conditioning. The room is very basic and interior extremely dated (1980's ??).

Bed was ok, but pillows very soft, I had to use 2 pillows to get a proper rest.

Would I book this hotel again, maybe, unless there is no other choice.

Well-provisioned room, comfortable bed, and a reasonable choice for breakfast. Unfortunately whilst well-designed, clean and orderly, it was little too functional and didn't really feel particularly homely. Fine for budget business visits, although the WiFi was rather unreliable.

the hotel is very conveniently located in the city center. Big rooms, nice modern decor, very clean. The breakfast is very good. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and nice.
The only drawback is poor AC.

For our first visit to Styria we booked into this hotel and were glad we did. Easily found by car in a quiet area near the River Mur it has private parking outside and is within 15 minutes’ walk of the very attractive Old Town. Our welcome at reception was friendly and helpful, with plenty advice on what to see and where to eat in town. Our room had a large, comfortable bed while the bathroom had a walk-in shower (vital for elderly travellers!) and plenty shelf space and hooks. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide range of meats, cheese, bakeries, etc. We hope to make a return visit in the near future.
