I was impressed by the lovingly prepared breakfast. The freshly fried vegetables, eggs in various preparations and the porridge were my highlight. It was a very pleasant stay. The facilities in the rooms are more than ok. I also liked the bathroom with the very spacious shower.

Stayed here for two nights while visiting Leoben in business.
Hotel is situated a little further away from the city centre (15 minutes by foot) and there is not that much to see / do on the area. Lidl and some other shop in 5 minutes walking distance though.
The hotel is more like a big dormitory with around 20? hotel rooms in the first floor.
The building is quite a new one, with check-inn automate. Our stay was basically very ok but I wouldn't stay for many nights if your budget doesn't make you.

The hotel room awaited us as guests with worn and muddled furniture. The most unpleasant, however, was the disgusting sweat smell of the bed mattress and synthetic bedding. Also the shower was in a state that I gave up showering.
