Arrived in Saltzburg for long weekend from uk. Arrived Friday and stayed overnight at the Wyndham Conference Centre. Saturday caught bus 150 from outsiders train station and travelled to the Lakes. St Gilpen is absolutely wonderful. Then bus back to Salzburg on Sunday. Stayed at Hotel Mozart. Greatest location and so clean. Very good value for money. Great Italian Restaurant...

We hired a car (with Thrifty - excellent) and drove to the hotel from the airport. When driving go on A1 and E55 and then head for Vogelweiderstrabe (the easiest way to get in and out of Salzburg). The hotel has very limited parking and if no room available they will direct you to the car park Linzel, both cost...

Hotel Mozart was located on the opposite side of the river from old towne. It was an easy walk to most all things to be seen. There were plenty of places to eat and drink in the neighborhood. Most of the shopping is over in the walled city. The room were large on an European scale, bathroom was also large....

We enjoyed 3 excellent days at the Mozart in February. The location is perfect: the no 2 trolleybus takes you all the way from the airport to the front door (almost!). And you are within a few minutes walk of the historic centre but without any of the noise. Although the Mozart is not a looker from the outside, it...

This is such a fantastic hotel- so clean and the rooms are a great size. I stayed with my mum and sister in a 3 person room and it was perfect. We were able to check in early and from the second we arrived we were made to feel so welcome! Bruno on reception was so friendly and really looked...

We planned our holiday to have Christmas in Salzburg and we feel so lucky that we picked Hotel Mozart to stay at. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome. Lajla made sure we knew where to go and how to get there. We would stay there again without hesitation.

At first arrival we were greeted by Rene. What a great presence this man has and is an asset to the hotel. He was full of great information and is passionate about his city. He even has a restaurant bible that he can recommend anything you fancy. The hotel was very clean and small so not a lot of guests...

The rooms are very clean, we enjoyed the nice water pressure in the shower as well as the Manner wafers as a welcome treat. We stayed in one large room which was enough to fit all four of us (our children are very young) and were able to store our luggage for a couple of hours as our train left...

We had a corner room with a balcony and the view was wonderful. The room was very large with a very comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location. Highly recommend. It was a wonderful decision to stay there and we look forward to returning next time we are in the beautiful city of Salzburg.

I attended a conference at hte Congress Centre and fond this hotel both clean and welcoming - I was in a room on the top floor so had views across the city to snow capped hills. It really is only accommodation and breakfast, there is no lunch or dinner facility and no coffee / tea facilities in the rooms. However...
