Stayed here in September during a pleasure trip to Austria and Germany. Used Trip Advisor to find this hotel and was not disappointed. It started with Arthur at the front desk with his warm welcome and helpful nature. The room was a corner room with two windows and quite large. The bed was quite comfortable and the breakfast and area...

This was a lovely stay- good value for the price and location. You can easily walk to anywhere in the old town, you are close to food, shopping, and the Mirabell gardens, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The location is sage and clean. Breakfast was included and delicious. In fact, some of the best service we've gotten on our...

My three friends and I stayed at the Hotel Mozart in early August. It is a nice hotel just a short walk to the Old Town and the train station. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only negative would be that it does not have air conditioning.

Due to my error, our reservation at a nearby hotel was messed up by 1 day. As there was a festival going on, rooms were quite hard to find. We were lucky enough to find a room at the Mozart. Amelie was truly the friendliest check-in clerk I have met! She provided clear and comprehensive information on activities and how...

Front desk staff are extremely helpful with great sense of humour esp Bruno and Rene. Room clean and good size and so close to the Old City and all attractions. Great food near by, but also great breakfast in house served with a smile. Highly recommend, it a small, friendly boutique hotel.

We stayed at the Hotel Mozart for the first two nights of our holiday, before driving on to our destination. The hotel is perfect. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are very clean and tidy and the hotel is beautifully decorated. The ladies' toilet downstairs, by the lift, is amazing - dimmed lights and candles! Other comments have been made...

The Hotel Mozart was the quintessential small hotel. To start, Rene is the most enthusiastic receptionist ever! He remembered our names (we never have had that before) and was always eager to help and give an expert opinion on Salzburg and the surrounding areas. He would even listen to us ramble on, and he knew where every town was! The...

Having been to Salzburg on numerous occasions this was the first time I had stayed at this hotel. Although it only does breakfasts they were of good quality and the lounge area was tastefully decorated. The rooms themselves obviously differ with some having a shower room and separate toilet or others having baths. Although we stayed during the recent heatwave the...

As we arrived in Salzburg the weather was awful with the rain bouncing off the pavement, We parked in side street just behind the hotel and it was free on Sunday all day which was a bonus. We asked the hotel if we could reserve a parking space for the following day but parking is very tight and we were...
