We had a great experiment at vier jahreszeiten in Salzburg! The service was top notch and the room was very well maintained (especially for an older hotel) and had an updated bathroom. The staff offered to hold our bags for up to 24 hours after we checked out, and let us "hang out" in the side lobby for a few...

Upon check-in at this classic-looking Austrian hotel, we were greeted by a friendly, articulate gentleman who handled all our check-in needs and directed us to our cozy rooms. These well-appointed rooms (cozy indeed!) were modern with a mid-century feel to them. We had great wi-fi, nice furnishings and a very clean bathroom. The amazing feature was the old-style metal key...

Nice place to relax after a busy day. The place has an indoor swimming pool (open till 8 PM only though) and a sauna for guests to use free of charge. Their breakfast offers a really broad variety of the usual stuff - lots of kinds of ham/cheese/eggs/buns/bread/yoghurt/muesli/cereals/juice/jam (you have to stay longer to try all their jams, lovely) -...

We walked about 15 minutes from the train station to the hotel. This is a lovely, small, comfortable hotel with a very helpful service staff. Our room was overlooking the courtyard and was very quiet. The weather was very warm so it was good that were able to leave the windows open at night. I don't think there is any...

We had a double room which was small but very clean and had everything we needed for our visit to Salzberg. The bathroom was very nice and the shower was excellent. The location was very good. It was a short walk to the shops and bars. It was not far from the river and the old town. We did not...

We stayed here in beginning of August. We got a small double room and we got a nice size room with a queen bed (might have been a full but it looked like a queen to me). Very clean and charming! Front desk is very nice and friendly and speak English. Hair dryer in room included. Free wifi. Refrigerator in...

Tiny rooms and a bit dated which is normal for Salzburg BUT very very nice staff, super comfy bed and very close to the sites! . Just ten minutes walk to station and ten minutes walk to the old town. Very well priced for the location . Only bad point is the room got very warm at night with very...

I was a little concerned about this accommodation as we walked up to it from the train station. It was a false impression. The front desk reception were true Austrians in their instructions and requests. The roo was of a period in keeping with the building but fresh and clean. Only problem was no opening window or exhaust fan in...

Do not book another hotel as this is a little gem! Old world, quaint and simplly elegant. The hotel is so clean and well kept and the staff are very helpful. The little restaurant in the hotel has the best food. The chef is Italian and the food is awesome. We loved it here!! So will you!! Located near all...

We stayed in a junior suite, which was well-equipped and very peaceful. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room had a mini bar hidden in a wardrobe which took me a while to find - in fact I had to ask reception! Well-stocked once I had found it. We had a sitting room, bathroom with bath...
