Someone was smoking something when they decided they could list this place as 4 star! At a stretch it would be a 2.5 star! The rooms are very tired, paint off, no cooling apart from a noisy pedestal fan, a lift from Noah's day .... And none of the safe's worked. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot and...

Not as expected in the pictures. Bed comfortable and room clean. Limited wifi and overpriced. Advantage is a short walk to the old city. There were aspects that needed fixing. Very disappointed as we ended up across the road from main hotel and lift only took 2 people-took a while for whole group to settle into rooms. Staff very helpful...

They lost some of my clothes in the laundry and they did not recognize it. I have been sharing a lot of emails with them but they are always telling me that I did not leave the clothes. The room is very poor for the prize you pay for it and you cannot even lunch or dinner in a suppose...

Wonderful city, pleasant weather. Food, drink, people- perfect :) Hotel location is perfect for our goals, but the breakfast so expensive at all, also the wi-fi conditions are not satisfactory. At all we had a very good holiday :)

Don't think the good reviews and description match the hotel. The photos look better than the real thing. I cant stand overly critical reviewers but really couldn't find any redeeming features and this tired hotel really needs a revamp. Maybe the rooms and corridors in the main building are better than its poor relation across the road. Unlike the description...

The location is great, just a short walk into the centre of town, although you don't get nice water or city views from the property. The staff were lovely and the place was clean. The only small 'complaint' I have is that they upgraded my single room to a double room but didn't upgrade the linen on the bed to...

When we arrived in Salzburg we were hoping to find a place in the town center. We were unable to navigate to find some recommended places and found Hotel Neuter just through a tunnel. The staff here was extremely helpful, calling to check on attractions and helping with the cafe. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. It was...

We had a good size room with a balcony. It was lovely to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Bed was comfortable, had a good night sleep. The reception of the hotel was in a separate building which was across the road. Took about 5 min walk to get to the historic town centre.

I was a lone traveller, visiting Salzburg for a concert in the Festival Hall. The location was perfect: a bus stop outside the hotel on a main bus route from the airport and a short walk into the Aldstadt through the tunnel. Service was good, with the reception staff speaking good English. The room was warm and clean, and was...

I don't think it's a 4 star hotel but it's really nice enough for a few days visiting Salzburg. It has parking right by the hotel which helps (pay extra but that's common for everyting in Europe, just expect it). Nice hotel personal, they spoke English. It's a perfect destination for exploring the old part of town. Just a short...
