A little more than a hostel, with private rooms and shared bathroom, it offers comfy rooms and facilities with a great price. Breakfast was very good too, with a good choice of sweet/salted food. Staff very available to help, location perfect, along the river, close o the center. Satisfying choice.

Quiet and clean hostel for the budget traveler. We stayed one night to catch the plane in the morning. Hostel was located in walking distance to downtown and not far from airport. They offer descent breakfast in the morning.

If it were listed as a hostel, then I'd rate it better, but it felt like a hostel with private rooms. My bed was comfortable enough that my back wasn't bothering me, which is a good thing, but there was no soundproofing. The heavy doors in my hall shut incredibly loud, which woke me up at times, even with earplugs....

If you are travelling on a budget and want to be in walking distance to the center this is a great choice. Friendly and accommodating, but the bathrooms aren't adjacent to the rooms and aren't as clean or comfortable as one would hope. The breakfasts on the other hand are good, it was a European style breakfast buffet in the...

While this is clearly a hostel instead of a hotel, the rooms are quite comfortable. Location wise, it is not in the city centre but it takes you about 15 minutes to walk along scenic paths beside the river to go to the city centre. It is well lit and safe to walk even at night. The free wifi is...

One of the best hostels we stayed at on our 5 months travelling. Room was quiet, (had a triple room, but only 2 of us) comfy beds, good shutters to keep light out, breakfast was really nice, typical European breakfast 👍 staff was very helpful and nice. Wifi was weak as unless you sat in the corridor :)

The hotel is kind of cheap. I have been staying with my friends in triple room. Room is fine, it was old designed. what i didn't like was the common showers and toilets on each floor. The breakfast was included and it was from 7:30 till 9:30, it is better to get your breakfast earlier, because at the end of breakfast period...

The hotel was orijinal because once upon a time it was the house for technicians. They don't hide this and that was cool.. The silence had a positive situation and the beds are awesome and really hot & comfortable!!! The distance from center of the city just 10/15 minutes by walking. The staff are young and they had always a...

Judging from the rooms with very big desks, I think that it’s a kind of university residence; the bathroom is shared with the other guests on each floor. Inside the room only a sink with towels I paid € 78,00 for 2 nights with breakfast included and it was exactly what I was looking for: a basic and cheap accommodation....

I stayed at the Technikerhaus for one night in April 2015. Welcome was friendly and room was clean. There is a sink in the room and also a small safe. WIFI worked well. Also at check-out the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and was o.k. There is no elevator and I stayed on the fourth...
