Very very much in need of an internal upgrade. Rooms basic and in need of refurbishment. UK building control would go crazy with some of the things done in here. BUT it was cheap. And as with all things in life you get what you pay for. Food was ok and crystal ski staff were fantastic.

We had a lovely stay at Chalet Linda w/c 31st January. The Crystal staff were great, offered great tips on where to ski. The food was lovely and 24/7 tea and coffee was greatly appreciated, as were the 4.30pm cakes after a day on the slopes. Yes, wifi was not reached in the rooms but it meant that i only...

Stayed here last week 21st January 2017. The chalet is tired and requires updating. It has a poor hot water supply, when others are using it, it keeps going hot and cold. Very limited Wifi, it does not work on the second floor and i think it is patchy on the first floor. The wine with dinner is very poor,...

The team at the chalet were so welcoming so we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Our room was big and cosy, nothing fancy, but was clean and had everything you need and expect from an austrian chalet. The dinner service was always good and efficient; Amy the chef did a great job of the food and the...

Nice homely place, staff are very helpful and friendly, however there is room for some improvement, the chalet is a bit tired but homelike and simple. My only problem was the portion sizing e.g. At breakfast getting a table spoon full of beans, and a sausage just simply isn't enough for a morning on the slopes - so a buffet style...

A group of 8 stayed here 5-12 March 2016 and had a great week. We were informed that the previous chef had left and Hugo had to step up to the challenge. He did a good job, a couple of nights food was a little late, but forgivable. We had soup 3 nights and whilst I like soup, a bit...

Great fun had by all! Well done Crystal. Excellent food - thanks to Hugo and well served by Sophie. Yes, the chalet is a little tired however the fun atmosphere more than makes up for it. Comfy beds, lots of hot water and ok location make up for it. Recommend the taboganning if you get a chance to go.

Just returned from a weeks skiing, staying in Chalet Linda. All the staff were amazing and helpful throughout the week. I would suggest maybe trying to soundproof the wall separating the kitchen to Room 1. Rooms 1 & 2 on the ground floor share a bathroom and toilet. It's a short walk to the lift, where you can hire lockers...
