A very cosy hotel in close proximity to the underground train station.
Check in was quick.Staff are very courteous and helpful.
Rooms are spacious and .Bathrooms are clean.
They have a nice gym & sauna.
The hotel area is very quiet & peaceful.
Train station is very close and there is a Tesco and some restaurants nearby. This hotel is in a business park so not much happening in the neighborhood in the evenings.
The room was standard Courtyard room. Very clean. It was very quiet throughout our...More

It’s an almost new hotel! We booked 3 rooms for two nights! Service/Check in was good an quick!
The rooms where spacious, clean, lighted and quiet!
Television is a bit slow and stucks from time to time.
It’s a good hotel to explore Vienna!
First time in Vienna so I don't have a benchmark but this hotel is a really nice hotel. Admitted, it's a business hotel so expect volume and high prices instead of a cosy hotel.
Everything was super clean and the bed was excellent!
We didn't feel like we were welcome at all. I can clearly see how they treated the other guests (with lighter skin color). When we asked for the city map, the receptionist was very brief and told us to go to the information center in...More

Welcome to one of Vienna’s trendiest quarters. The second district has witnessed a turbulent ride, from medieval swamp to vibrant Jewish quarter, from pleasure ground for the noble and humble to current hip residence and workplace of Vienna’s creative crowd. Cross the Danube Canal from the city centre and take in life on Taborstrasse with its mix of old townhouses, churches, theatres, discount shops and
ethnic restaurants. Head for Augarten via Karmelitermarkt, Leopoldstadt’s trendy marketplace. Baroque Augarten itself hosts a bizarre mix of manicured hedges and flowerbeds in front of a colossal World War II defense tower, the publicly accessible 300-year-old Augarten porcelain manufactory, the palatial boarding school and funky concert hall of the Vienna Boys Choir, and the modern art museum TBA21. At its opposite corner, The Prater not only houses the Giant Ferris Wheel but blends a bustling amusement park with lush woodland, perfect for a bike tour. Further east is the old derby racing ground of Krieau.

I have since been to this hotel a second time and my impression is vastly different than the first. There is very little within walking distance, especially in winter. There are definitely no shops, or cafes, for breakfast, and the food at the hotel is overpriced Courtyard fare. The hotel also negotiates nothing - so no breakfast will mean no breakfast.
It is NOT close to the city center, which is where NYE activities would be. I would do a stretch and look at Starwood as you can transfer points - they are the better hotels in Vienna.
