This Aparthotel is very well situated for public transport in Vienna. Tram 1 stops outside, and tram 2 only about 50 yds away so you can easily go round the Ring in either direction. There is a Subway station only about 200 yds away, and its an easy 10 mins walk from where the Airport train stops in Vienna. The... More

Aparthotel Adagio has an excellent location. Tram 1&2 are nearby. U Bahn is a short walk away. Shopping street is about 15 minutes walk. It has very good facilities for cooking. The refrigerator is quite big. You can buy your groceries from a nearby supermarket.

Stayed for a long weekend in November. Extremely easy and short walk from the main station (having taken the CAT from the airport). Pleasant staff. We had a superior studio which was very large, good sized bathroom and with small but very adequate kitchenette. Good wardrobe/cupboard space. Large comfortable bed. Room and bathroom were very clean. Only 10/15 minute walk... More

Location, location and location. Close to everything: Vienna Mitt station (CAT coming from Airport), hop on hop off buses, tram stops, underground, cruises, St Stephen's cathedral, several other attractions, eating places and grocery shops. It was a comfortable walk to the giant Ferris wheel. Rooms are adequate and exactly as described. Adequate amenities in the room. Microwave, electric hob, kettle,... More

I like this hotel it is in a good location and the rooms are comfortable and modern. This is my second stay here. A minor gripe was that the shower temperature fluctuated while showering and it also happened when I stayed in another room previously. I must say that the person who checked me out was unfriendly and did not... More

This hotel was well located. There were two subway stations nearby: Schwendenplatz and Stubentor. Stephanplatz was about a 15 min walk. There is also a grocery store nearby. The kitchenette was very small but ok for a week stay. There were enough glasses, cups, plates and utensils as well. The room and the bathroom were clean. The bed was actually... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
