Clean and comfortable rooms, simplistic in style, with good wifi and required basic amenities. Two blocks to the Kagran U-Bahn station, short walk to Donau Zentrum shopping area, and close to the Vienna International Center. Good breakfast and nice dining area with excellent coffee available 24 hours/day and fresh fruit available most of the day. Good informal meeting site after... More

Stayed here for two nights, excellent reception staff, offered to store bag as was slightly early, good recommendation for lunch and helpful with guidance on booking metro pass for the trip. No British channels on TV the only downside or anything in English, but lovely shower room and separate toilet. Would stay again.

Room was fine, no AC but a fan (which we didn't need). It is close to the U1 line but the hotel, being on the northern outskirts is a bit far from the Hbf (which is also on U1 so no need to change). The store near the U1 station closes at 8pm, so there is nothing around the hotel... More

Stayed there during a congress I attended. The fact it's close to the subway really helped. Rather clean rooms with comfy beds. A decent breakfast was served. The staff were polite and helpful. Will come again for sure. It's a good choice if you have to spend a couple of nights in Vienna.

Don't expect any Vienna style ambiance, but the hotel is fine. Close to the U1 tube, with a very typical Austrian restaurant round the corner, clean room, friendly staff, free coffee and thee. Prices acceptable. More for business and cityvisiting. Room on the frontsite is noisy because of traffic.

The hotel is on the other side of Danube, which means not centrally located. But, you're only 3 min walk (around 50 met to metro station Kagraner Platz) and less than 15 min metro ride away from Stephans Platz, the very center of Vienna, so I consider it as a good location for the price paid (70 eur/night with breakfast).... Good hotel with small but clean rooms. Hotel is positioned near metro station. You can use their own car park. Free coffee is in price in dining room. It´s really good place for acceptable price. We were three times there and I think tat we will come again.

I spent 4 nights at this hotel in the last week or so and was slightly disappointed with the experience I had at this hotel. First and foremost this hotel is an independently owned Best Western hotel on the outskirts of the centre of Vienna. I could not fault the amenities available in the locality- there was a bank, supermarkets,... More
