Everything about this hotel was lovely. Lobby area very comfy & cozy. Breakfast included with price of room gave many choices. Entire hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Especially helpful was Michel at the front desk. We stayed three nights...each night my husband asked...More
We moved to Hotel Konig Von Ungarn from a so so hotel. Almost all the hotels in the area were completely booked and we were referred to this hotel by a 5 star hotel that was fully booked. The Ungarn has only 33 rooms and...More
We chose this hotel for the superb location, history and size. It has a lovely atrium lobby to relax in, the restaurant serves delicious food, the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff could not be more helpful, pleasant and welcoming.

In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The
Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.

We stayed in a beautiful suite that was two stories with a king size bed and bathroom in the lower floor and two single beds on the second floor with a second private bathroom and a living area. It is one of the largest rooms that I’ve ever stayed in Europe, with the exception of renting flats via VRBO. Each room is so unique. It is an amazing place to stay and your family will love it!
