Very clean and quiet. Location is perfect, few blocks to westbanhof station, and has a tram stop in front of the hostel. Staff are very friendly and speak english. The building used to be a convent so It has its own charm. I definitely recomend It. The room could have been more cheerful and have basic facilities like a cupboard,...

The hostel is really close to westbahnhof and not a bad walk from the old town. We had a twin room with a shared bathroom. Beds were really comfortable, and towels and robes included. A sink was in the room also. The WC was female and male in the same room which was weird and a bit uncomfortable. The showers...

Central positioned and very clean. Wifi is slow, toilette and shower cabins are in common. Nice if you want to save money in a relative expensive town. 15 minutes away from Schoenbrunn Palace or Central Museums

It is a great hostel within 5 minutes walking from the tube station and buses, lots of shops in the main road, café and restaurants with Austrian cuisine. The place is very clean and the room was very warm when we arrived. So overall the Hostel is 5*

This hostel is in a great location, just five minutes walk from the Westbahnhof which gives you links to other cities and the underground system. I would really recommend it. The staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed in a private room with shared bathroom which was very clean and there was a private changing area in front of every...

We stayed in a double room with shared bathroom. The room was nice, clean and offered everything we needed (even bathrobes). The common room looked comfortable, though I cannot tell anything about the atmosphere since we didn't spent any time in there. The building itself is very big so it felt very empty and rather cold. It is located close...

Perfect staff ever. Very good location. Very close to metro/subway. Rooms and wi-fi are perfect. Breakfast excellent. Hostel is quite silent which is very good for tired tourists who want to sleep well. It has a smoking area in the garden. Definitely recommended.

Good choice for a relatively budget traveller in an overpriced city. Clean tidy and comfortable and a good nights sleep. Breakfast is good a little pricey at 8 euros but this is matched by local cafes.

We stayed for one night in a private room for 2 with its own wash basin (toilets and showers were shared). Room was quite big and nice, with a view to the street. It was quite noisy at night and you can hear everything from other rooms and a hall, especially water and doors. It was also very hot during...

Dear guest, Thank you very much for valuing your stay at Hostel & Guesthouse Kaiser 23. We are very sorry that we didn’t measure up your expectations completely.
