This hotel needs a better cleaning team. Stayed in room 502 one night for work. The beds are comfortable, didn't try the room service. One thing that I noticed when I came in yesterday was some hair on the toilet floor that was left there by the previous customer I suppose. The cleaning team missed that and also the skirt...

I spent 5 days at the Riding Imperial School Hotel during business trip. I was there all day for training. I appreciated the services, the location was interesting especially for walk out. I didn't appreciated the meals there. Very limited choice. It was very bland and tasteless.

What makes this hotel perfect is the service. Staff is so friendly and efficient! Food is also great both in the restaurant and room sevice. Beds are comfortable and rooms are furnished well. Location is also good, with a tram line right next to the hotel and 20 minute walk to the centre.

Although this hotel is quite centrally located, the hotel is just average. It has an old style feel to it, room is average, nothing special, wifi speed is bit slow. The gym is very small with broken equipments! Breakfast buffet is very nice with wide selections of choices.

Excellent Hotel with very friendly helpful staff. The location is great you can hop a train from the Airport nearly to the door just a 2 min walk from the station. Buy a Vienna pass you can catch the train or tram (71) to the city centre takes about 10min. Walk out the front of the hotel turn right, turn...

Regardless of the note on the window expect the room to be mid 70's. No chance to sleep. Gold membership is a positive. To bad you have to sleep in a room you cant cool down. Window opens just enough to hear the outside noise.

Ok, Vienna. This was our first trip without the kids to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary and our first trip in a very long time - we are not well travelled out with the UK!. So we looked at hotels first and in Vienna you will find a massive range from the most expensive to those which are more stunning...

Booked this hotel with maybe too much expectations... 1- rooms were small, a bit old and the carpet not really "nice". Impossible to open the windows and it was really hot in there despite the AC working at its full power ! 2- the bed was way too soft.. looks like a hammock ! Despite these 2 problems not much...

We stayed in a twin room with large single beds which were the most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in, with wonderful soft pillows. The hotel is beautiful, only a 20 min walk or a tram ride away from the city centre where all the attractions can be found, and where the hop on hop off buses stop and...
