Very nice hotel. The room is big and the bedroom is so comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The location of the hotel is good. Yout can go by walking or you can take the public transport just for few stops.

We needed a place to sleep before an early morning flight and upon arriving were thankful we'd not stayed here for the early portion of our trip. Pros: Room rate was affordable and the food and beverage in the concierge room is plentiful for those with Marriott status. Front desk staff was helpful in allowing us to leave our keys...

This hotel has a lot of potential. It is located in walking distance to all the tourist spots in Vienna, making this a good choice for vacationers. The staff is very friendly and service minded, and the rooms are clean and adequate - However - there is NO WIFI in the room, there is NO COFFEE/TEA making facilities and NO...

First things first. An inflexible and discourteous attitude towards patrons is unacceptable. Marriott used to be known for being a relatively customer-friendly company, but apparently this is not true at this location. Specific: being part of a rather large and, I should think, profitable conference I found myself booked in advance, and not given the amenities provided to my counterparts....

When you travel around the world on business and your time clock is all over the place, it's sometimes in those early hours 3am/4am that you turn on the light, make a coffee, get back into bed and do the emails. Sadly as there's no WiFi in the room, only a cable at the desk, and no coffee making facilities,...

A good business hotel with a beautiful lobby, friendly frontdesk staff, comfortable beds, a nice breakfast and a good location near the centre of Vienna. BUT this is 2013 and a Renaissance business hotel without WiFi in the rooms is a huge step back in time and in my opinion not acceptable anymore.

The executive rooms are in a building across from reception. Our room was huge, well appointed, clean with a huge bathroom. The walk in shower had a window so showering al fresco was wonderful! The executive lounge itself is nice, decent breakfast plus free alcohol, beer, wine and snacks in the afternoon. Great value for the cost.

Stayed here for two nights which was organised through the company I was doing business with. Initially it was fine until I discovered the toe nails on the carpet, rooms are obviously not cleaned properly and left me wondering about the cleanliness of the room. No in room hot drink facilities which was disappointing for this type of hotel. Would...

We stayed in the separate wing for the executive level rooms, which are very spacious and have a wonderful lounge access. The location of the hotel is in a quiet side street, and about a ten minute walk to streetcar stops. Not sure that it is an ideal location if you are planning to do a lot of touristy things...

I was a little taken aback by the mediocre reviews of this hotel on Tripadvisor. However I was attending a conference at the hotel and my room was reserved and paid for by the conference organizer. So I was not in a position to look elsewhere. Our (my wife accompanied me) actual experience of the hotel was very favourable. The...
