after seardching all the 4 & 5* Hotels in Vienna I settled on the Renaissance as it I liked the design and the price. Having caught the CAT train into Vienna centre it was best to get a cab which was an 8 euro fare. The hotel entrance was really good and all felt comfortable. Check in was smooth and...

We stayed here for 3 nights while on a city break to Vienna. The hotel exceeded our expectations on just about every count. We were allowed to check in at 11am on our first day as we were on an early flight. So welcome as we had been up since 3. The room was modern and pristine. Comfy bed, super...

Great hotel to stay in Wien. Close to shops , and public transportation to anywhere in Wien. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast, amazingly delicious, one of the best that I know of. The bathroom is well decorated, and staff very helpful

Very attractive hotel with interesting decor and architectural features in rooms and public areas. My room was spacious, clean, quiet, well maintained, it had a very comfortable bed and don't lack the common luxury: coffee station, iron, safe, free wi fi. Truly excellent and very helpful reception staff. The hotel has excellent location – a very short distance (100 m)...

We are Gold Members of the Marriott Rewards and we were very happy with our stay in this Marriott Chain. It is ideally located right across 'Meidling Haupstrasse' and the Schönbrunn Palace is just a few blocks away from here. As with most of the Marriott chains, service here is very good. The front desk staff was always very helpful...

Close to the metro this fabulous place is a gem of a find! Beautifully furnished and cosy inviting rooms. The hotel boasts 4* its professional and slick! Vast choice of food for breakfast to suit everyone's palate! Service is very slow and requesting eggs/waffles was a real pain with 1 chef who spoke no English! Disappointed! Bathroom doors slide and...

We have just spent three days at this excellent hotel, our room was clean, the beds comfortable and furnishings are good but in a marmite way, you will either love it or loathe it. The breakfast is excellent, not as wide a choice as in some hotels but the quality made up for it with the exception of the coffee...

Renaissance Wien is very nicely located, very modern and trendy hotel. We have received a friendly service at the front desk and the housekeeping. The rooms are large, with very comfortable bed and great shower and bathroom amenities. Perhaps the only area to improve can be the "night" room service menu, which is very limited and has only fruit salad...
